Ordered a mango juice, prawn pad thai, pork green curry, raw prawn salad.

Mango juice was NOT fresh juice (made from syrup), despite checking before ordering. Person might not have understood English “fresh?”. B70

Prawn pad thai came with 4 decent sized prawns, tasty, good value. B120

Green curry was a bit more watery than expected. But it was still flavourful with a spicy kick. Pork slices were lean and average, probably should have chosen the prawn. Not worth the price. B220

Raw prawn salad came heavily topped with chili and garlic. Prawns not deveined, but the veins looked clean. B220

Table had box of tissues. Person brought an empty plate for sharing, without us asking.

Overall, good environment and service.

Recommend the pad thai and raw prawn salad. Do not recommend the mango juice or pork...

Komma Pub and Restaurant is situated on a quieter section of Patong right across the road from the beach. We called in on a rainy Phuket evening and found the staff to be very welcoming and amiable. We ordered several dishes, Penang curry, Larb gai, seafood salad, rice and a few beers. We both enjoyed the dishes served with the Penang curry being the stand out. When we first entered the place, we were sceptical as it was pretty much empty. We ordered local food and it was amazing. The staff is super friendly. The cocktail that we ordered wasn’t that great but we were not expecting much. The reviews talked about food and it was spot on. Quite reasonable for the food...
