It was a contradictory experience.
On the one hand, the place is wonderful. The food is tasty, and the drinks are okay (a bit too sweet for me). The concept of the place is excellent and unique. Prices are normal for a venue like this.
On the other hand, it was a bit strange. I bought the cheapest ticket, as that option was available. I didn’t want to spend more since it was my first time there, and I wasn’t celebrating a birthday or hosting a big event. It was just a Halloween party, and I wanted to have fun with two of my friends.
Situation #1: All tables were reserved When we arrived, I asked the staff where we could eat. "With your bracelets? Standing at the bar." But what about all the tables with nobody sitting at them? "Oh, they're all reserved." These tables stayed "reserved" for the entire three hours I spent there. Guys, seriously? Why? I could have finished my quesadilla in 20 minutes. (It was tasty, by the way.)
Situation #2: Voucher info didn't match what the bartender told us When we checked in, we received vouchers for free drinks that said something like: "You can exchange this voucher for wine, beer, a cocktail, or a soft drink." When we asked the bartender which cocktails we could get, he replied, "Just Singha Beer or a soft drink." But what about the information on the voucher? "No, that's wrong." Five minutes later, he discovered we could actually order one of the Halloween cocktails. This was better than the first option, but why wasn’t it clear from the start?
And the story of the bottle of water that the bartender had such a hard time opening and pouring into glasses—I’m already too tired to describe.
Guys, I understand that you want to attract wealthy guests who don’t worry about money. I get it! If I were you, I’d want the same. But why offer cheap tickets in that case? To make people feel uncomfortable and leave negative reviews? I don’t get it.
Anyway, thanks for the experience. Wishing you prosperity and fewer poor,...

In reply to your response 24/07/2025 Your response to our complaint is not only disappointing but completely misrepresents the situation.
Let us make this crystal clear: we never requested a cancellation or a refund. Those decisions were made entirely on your end, without our agreement, and now you’re trying to frame it as some kind of generous compensation. That’s dishonest and insulting.
To make matters worse, this wasn’t just any day—it was a 25th wedding anniversary celebration for one of our close friends. We specifically chose your club to mark this milestone, expecting professionalism and hospitality. Instead, we were treated with disrespect, forced to leave early, and had our celebration ruined by your mismanagement.
We raised our voices only because of the loud music, trying to be heard—yet your staff chose to interpret that as aggression. One staff member even went so far as to threaten to throw us out. That’s not just unprofessional—it’s disgraceful.
Your attempt to shift blame onto us, instead of taking accountability for your failure to manage your facilities and staff behavior, is unacceptable. You ruined a once-in-a-lifetime celebration, and then had the audacity to suggest we were in the wrong.
Shame on you for the way you treat your...

Dear Yona Beach Club Management,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unacceptable experience I encountered during my recent reservation at your venue.
Upon arrival, my entry was denied solely because I was carrying my prescribed medication, Larika (Pregabalin). When your staff informed me that the medicine was not permitted, I immediately agreed to dispose of it and assured them that I would not bring it inside. Despite complying, I was still refused entry.
Furthermore, I explained to the security team that this medication was prescribed by a licensed physician. Unfortunately, instead of treating the matter professionally, the security staff accused me of being dishonest and called me a liar. To clarify, I asked a family member to send me a photo of the official prescription, issued under my name, which I promptly presented. Nevertheless, the staff dismissed it and stated that I was “too late” and would not be allowed to enter.
This experience was not only deeply humiliating but also completely unjustified. Nowhere in the booking terms and conditions was there any mention of restrictions related to prescribed medication. The only restrictions highlighted concerned dress code, which I fully respected. If such a rule existed, I would have ensured not to bring my prescribed medicine to the venue.
Given the circumstances, I respectfully request:
A full refund of the reservation charges
I trust that you will address this matter seriously and provide a timely resolution. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise on the next steps for processing the refund.
