The place itself is very nice with plenty of roomy outdoor seating and also a sizeable inside area with aircon. The cafe is clean and offers free wifi.
It is located directly across the street from the beach, so the view also is relatively nice.
The main entry door opens by hand movement in front of a sensor which makes for easy entry and exit when carrying things, which is helpful.
The have a nearby exterior bathroom with clean toilets and a sink to wash hands.
While the atmosphere here is clean and nice, the coffee isn't very good (I give it 2 stars) and the chocolate fudge cake, while moist, tasted just average (3 stars).

I understand that rules are there and we should all stay safe, but some common logic and basic customer service should be applied. All the customers sitting inside the cafe within 2 meters eating and drinking for an hour are doing so without their mask on and that is ok and I am being denied service in rude form for trying to buy a coffee to go with a child too little to wear a mask. I think I will stick with other coffee shops in Jomtien Beach area that value return customers and treat people...
