The Breeze Restaurant — Restaurant in Pattaya City

I visited at Loy Karthong Festival. They made a lot of fuss about the festival with dressing up in traditional costumes but the standard service and the food were bad. I had the worst Spaghetti I ever had in Jomtien. They do not know how to to a tomato sauce. My friend who had Thai-Style shrimps also was not very happy with the food. The worst experience was the service. When ordering I asked them not to put garlic on the bread, that comes with the pasta. What came? Garlic bread! They then brought a piece of untosted white bread instead. I declined. They finally decided to toast this bread. But by this time I had already eaten the horrible Spaghetti and did not want that funny toast any more. We left as soon as possible. Little value for money. But atleast we got an impression of what the owner thinks are traditional...

We had already eaten and were walking by this restaurant when we heard a singer with a really lovely voice. We listened for a couple of minutes and she was so good we decided to go in for drinks. So glad we did as it turned out to be a wonderful evening with Kim the Filipino singer obviously enjoying singing and moving to the music with some of her own little adaptations of the music. She asked people for requests and I half jokingly asked for our wedding theme song from 30+ years ago. To my amazement she knew it and sang it beautifully. OMG N.O.T RECOMMENDED. -pineapple stir fried rice - they using pineapple shell recycle and recycle and recycle. gross so I cut the shell with knife. server look at me like OMG face, and then took it back another un-knifed one. -pod thai - so dried. not tasty. -onion ring - awful. that is not onion ring. they made it very wrong way. -tom yang kung -so so stir fried pork with basil - so so good thing : located beach area.

Its not worth it...
