Coast Beach Club & Bistro Pattaya — Restaurant in Pattaya City

We stay in Centara hotel for 10 days and we regret taking half-board option to eat dinner or lunch at Coast bar. This is the first time ever I write a negative review. I’m sorry to say, but each and every day we just went crazy with the service. Always wrong orders, we wait for hours to get what we ordered. No logic at bringing orders: some people get salad first, some main dish, everything is mixed, one out of 6 people is left without any food while others have already finished eating! So disrespectful, no words. Stuff doesn’t speak English, but pretend that they understand. Then I end up running around saying that our orders are wrong 10 times before they do what we ask.

Hotel is to recommend but please consider breakfast only to save your nerves. There are much better and cheaper options for dinner and lunch...

Being on a coastal location in a “5 star” hotel, I’d expected the chef to know the difference between well done and medium rare for cooking a steak. The shrimp pad Thai was stinking as if made with old left over shrimp from the day before. Fish and chips were made in reused oil which stank of mixed old seafood. Really poor quality of food for the exorbitant price. Very very disappointing experience.

Pathetic part is, we’re a party of 9 people including kids, sitting there for a meal and the waitress comes to us with the check, which we didn’t ask for, at 1030pm even though the restaurant is officially suppose to open till 11pm. They just wanted to close up and be gone so that we wouldn’t have a chance to complain for the horrible...

Hi! I would like to share my review of The Coast and Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya. When we decided to swim in the sea, we found a cafe just 10 steps away from us with a beautiful view of the sea, which was covered from the sun by a canopy and had good ventilation.
