It would have been nice if they honored published pricing. Friday's Aussie special is 599 not 399. So that's a 50% surprise. Still, 17.00 USD for a T-bone is not bad anywhere in the world. ----------- Gary, first I honor your response. I tried to point out several positives, but also some things that need improvement. I opened Google maps to access your menu items and to see your specials. Data on the internet persists, so you have to actively manage your specials. But you are a "Western Bar". Mostly English Speaking customers. So expectations are Western. You ALWAYS honor published pricing. When a customer in the West points out advertised specials, it is a Western expectation the prices will be honored, not blown off by the staff. It was not my fault I looked up Friday specials and found Aussie Friday was t bone steak night at 399. It was an offense when I ordered it with extra fries and was laughed at by the staff. Here was how hard it was: I went to Google maps and looked up Fraser's Bar, then selected Menu. There are many specials listed there. If you don't intend to honor them I would recommend managing them actively. Because I do reviews for Google, I try to be honest about my experience. Worse are your one time guests who never return because they believe you do not honor your prices. One last thing. I left a tip. But the waitress mocked me because I didn't leave 1000 Bhat as a Tip. After the way I was treated, and I never did receive extra fries, I should have left 1 Bhat on the table instead of hundreds. I am a prolific tipper preferring to tip 40%. BUT a tip is earned by service where prices are honored and special requests are no problem. I understand the challenge of inculcating attitudes. For 20 Bhat cost to deliver a request for extra fries, the good will and a weekly returning customer there should be no question in the minds of your staff what to do. If the education of them is difficult to pull off. Play with a 1000 B bill. The staff who figures it out gets the tip.

Good western food and sports TV. The following accounts are from separate visits. Any criticisms are meant to be helpful for both the establishment and its customers and do not mean that the dishes were not worth the price or that I did not enjoy them or would not return for more, as they were and I did and I hate punishment. The service is efficient and friendly. I was a bit disappointed with the lack of boxing on the TV on Monday when the board outside specifically mentions that as a feature of Monday's provision. I particularly enjoyed the free desserts on Mondays but they only come with a limited list of Mains. The fish and chips were average because the fish was watery, mushy and tasteless even though prepared well. The apple crumble with ice cream was massive and delicious, although the crumble was rather soft and not crispy, I guess due to microwaving - just a few mins under a grill or air fryer would solve that. The beef stroganoff was standard fare and the chocolate mousse rather hard and bland in taste, but I still enjoyed eating both. The pork spare ribs were very good, if a bit over sauced and the blueberry cheesecake a delight, although the crust was very hard due to overbaking and the accompanying cream rather frothy and tasteless. The Fraser's big breaky is excellent and very filling. The lamb madrass is very good especially as it comes with extra crunchies and chutney. However, the breakfasts do not come with a free dessert on Mondays and the beverage provided with the breakfast cannot be exchanged for plain water. The beef Wellington was iffy. The beef and accompanying veggies were very good but the pastry was soft and pasty - only partly cooked. The 'Big banana split' was disappointingly small and rather unappetising.

The details; time of visit about 4pm. Meal, Aussie Beef Burger with thick cut chips. Number 13 on their menu. Total cost for bottle of water and Gourmet Burger was 225 Baht, so for other Aussies that's roughly $11.00 AUD using today's conversion rates. The venue is cool, clean and dimly lit. Lots of screens as you'd expect in a sports bar. I sat inside at one of the booths. Lots of B&W prints of boxing, AFL and other sports icons. The tables and chairs were a little worn, but clean and well maintained. Each booth has its own TV monitor which is a nice feature. The feel of the place was relaxed, and they played a good mix of easy listening music which was set to perfect volume. The staff were friendly and attentive. They have a family room which is good for kids. The food was cooked in a timely manner and the chips were perfect. The Burger was ok. It was quite small and was advertised as a Gourmet Burger, which it wasn't in my opinion. I guess we all have our own ideas of what gourmet means, so I've included a pic so you can judge for yourself. Overall I give them 3 Stars. I will probably go back again and try their steaks one day. Cheers

What a totally unpleasant experience Recently visited this establishment A place that I have used for several years on a random basis The food order was taken Initially I stated to get concerned on how long the food was taking to prepare

Once the food arrived the fish I had ordered was actually not cooked through in the middle of the portion COLD The way the food was delivered was also a massive issue . unbelievable. Was literally thrown on the table !!! By the server all the food was on one side. Of the plate

I noted to my colleague the issue on the food and then requested attention in the food issue Including to the owner of the business who was located close by The food was returned to the kitchen and recooked and returned after a timely wait!!! On finishing of the food Waited waited waited for a server to come to table to remove and place a dessert order Eventually had to for the 2 nd occasion inform the owner After a extremely long delay once again the dessert arrived!!!!! At this point me and my colleague had had more then enough A evening massively spoiled

The whole experience was a totally unpleasant Experience The food service The actual food quality and preparation The customer service by the server The lack of empathy and ridiculous bad customer service from the Owner

Overall both me and my colleague where in total agreement that we both will never return to this business a very bad experience And like all paying guests It's important to give a totally honest factual review

Once again me my colleague my friends and family will never use...
