I bought something here, ate them, I'm still inside, i told myself "let me go and get an ice cream". I went to the cashiers desk, money is in my hand, i handed it over to the girl and told: "can i have an ice cream? She told: "Oh sorry, can you wait?" I'm the first guy who came to cashier's desk. In the back, 4 meters back there is this self-ordering kiosk, i then noticed that some customer is ordering there. But he's away :))) She first waited that guy to come to cashier's desk (but I'm already there) took money from him. Then she's asking "can i help you?" I was already there :)) Before that guy :))) What does it mean to make the customer who came first wait, take another, and say "can i help you" So.. If customer who orders using kiosk has priority "no matter what", does it mean for example, i will order from kiosk, let's say there are 3 customers waiting on line, i will pass all of these customers immediately, i will get in front of them, pay mine, and they will look at me like idiot?? What kind of disrespect is that?? :) "Oh! Thai people are sooo niceee! So kind!" Where are these people, i don't see? :))) I see disrespect, they just do it smiling and saying "oh sooooooory" :)))) Maybe i have limited understanding. Maybe problem is with...
Read moreThis McDonald’s is located right in front of North Pattaya Beach, making it the perfect stop after water sports or a fun beach day. We walked in dripping with water and sand, and it was totally fine — the staff are used to it, so no worries there.
It’s a convenient spot when you’re hungry after the beach. They have both indoor and outdoor seating.
What really stood out to me was that they maintain an allergen chart, which is a big plus for anyone with dietary restrictions. I’m allergic to eggs, and the staff were kind enough to bring me the chart and help me figure out what I could eat. Unfortunately, most burgers here excluding beef burgers contain egg. As I don’t consume beef, the only non-egg option I found was a pork burger available in the Happy Meal, which worked out since I was too hungry to skip a meal. For vegetarians, there aren’t really options, but sides like fries and sauces are safe.
Highly recommend trying their barbecue sauce, it’s surprisingly good. The staff were very friendly and patient while helping me navigate the menu.
Overall, a clean, accessible, and tourist-friendly outlet — perfect for a quick bite right off the...
Read moreService, horrible. Automated menu system confusing to use. Food has way too much PLASTIC WASTE that you end up paying for and ends up in the waterways. McDonald's really needs to lift it's game with unnecessary use of PLASTIC WASTE. They won't until their customers start complaining and even then they're too big to care so it's not going to happen anytime soon. No bathroom, you have to go across to the building that has the Starbucks. Just hope that the bathroom isn't locked when you go because the McDonald's staff could not care less when we couldn't use the bathroom. 1 star only. I...
