Starbucks @The Bay Pattaya — Restaurant in Pattaya City

Right across North Pattaya Beach, this Starbucks outlet is a perfect spot to do remote work or to cool down after the sun and sand.

I tried their latest menu “Soak Up The Fun” and went for the Golden Caramel Churro Frappuccino – absolutely worth it. The portion size here is generous; even the Venti feels larger compared to outlets in other countries.

The café itself has a huge indoor seating area with a warm wooden aesthetic that feels inviting, plus a few outdoor tables (about three). Staff are very helpful and polite, making the experience even better.

One highlight is the exclusive Thailand edition Starbucks merchandise. You’ll find bottles, sippers, plush toys, and mugs with “Bangkok” and “Pattaya” branding – great souvenirs if you want something unique. Regular Starbucks staples like coffee beans and brewing equipment are also available.

The only downside is that the food options here mostly contain eggs, so vegetarians and people with egg allergies should take note.

Overall, this is a must-visit Starbucks in Pattaya – not just for the drinks, but also for the beachside vibe and Thailand-exclusive...

The store is just like any other Starbucks store inside. Well organised, good seating options and the obviously centre staged ordering/serving area.

The unfortunate part of this store is it's location in The Bay, where, at certain times of the day, all the premium shops and stores are hidden behind the vast number of market stall vendors right on Beach Road. They make access very restricted and certainly don't provide a good 'advertisement' for what is behind them.

There is parking, for those that need, right below the centre with access available from both Beach Road and Soi 5.

Staff inside very relaxed as a result of not too much patronage, resulting in the expected prompt service ......

I come here often in the morning to grab my caffeine fix. The people that work here are generally very nice. It is not their biggest location but it is nicely decorated and comfortable. They do screw up orders occasionally, like anywhere else around here but will gladly fix it up for you. Not a high traffic place but more of a neighborhood Starbucks feel. Different from the Starbucks at Central Pattaya mall for example. My only complaint...it is freeing cold in here. Much like all the other Starbucks locations. So no big...
