This hotel should be rated as a 2-3 star at best. The hotel looks nice on the picture, but their attitude to the guests is just horrible. Our family stayed in the triple family room with the club lounge access for 2 weeks. The staff in the club lounge were great, but food was average and alcoholic drinks were very cheap and limited. The most shocking was the attitude of the pool staff and hotel management. When we wanted to swim in the evening they told us we have to buy drinks (which is real rip off) and only then we can swim in the pool. Security chased me very aggressively with my 5 year-old daughter from the pool area. When I complained to the management they didn’t seem to care. The staff of the pool were very aggressive on a few other occasions which was very weird. During the day the pool has loud low grade disco music that so loud you can’t talk to each other. Busses of tourists walking through the pool taking selfies with every female guest in the background. Their seafood buffet (850 bahtr) is very poor quality (prawns are old, mussels just boiled without any dressing etc.) Cleanness is not 4 star hotel for sure (cockroaches in the room, guests occasionally smoking on the non-smoking floor, mould in the bathroom and dust around the room). Generally the hotel has ok facilities, but customer service just doesn’t exist. We had a feeling that all they care is extra money they can make on you. Most of the guests are single males who have not seen a swimming pool before, definitely not family friendly place. Management forget about you the minute you paid. They don’t even reply to any complains or bad feedbacks. If you want to have a relaxing holiday, DON’T BOOK. You can get a better deal...

Breakfast was included with our booking and that was one of the most impressive points here. They have a large spread with a combination of Continental, Thai and surprisingly, Indian cuisine, each better than the rest! Live omelettes, fried dumplings with pandan sauce and condensed milk and a coffee and tea machine with choices aplenty were the highlights. The restaurant is spread over a huge area with no scarcity of tables irrespective of the number of guests!
The service at the front desk, however, was very disappointing. We reached at 1100 hours and were made to wait in the lobby untill 1400 hours to check in. Also, the front desk executives are not courteous or cordial and seem unwilling to listen to our requests. They also seemed not to understand English or pretended to do so. That was unusual for a place like Pattaya which receives tourists belonging to multiple nationalities so often.
They also provided us with smaller rooms than we had paid for, and tried to deny it. After a long discussion, they finally agreed and gave us the rooms we had paid for the next day, informing us about the checkout just an hour earlier.
The lobby is very comfortable with plush armchairs and settees of various sizes and colours to relax in.
Conveniently located right opposite the beach, it also offers easy access to eateries, street food and 7-11s which are located at...

We get a very friendly welcome and move into an Ocean Front Suite, which we were able to book at a reasonable price. A huge window front and a large terrace offer a magnificent view of the hotel pool and the sea. The spacious suite is only a junior suite, as the living area is not separated. The furnishing is very stylish and dignified, however, this is not so pleasant as, for example there is no wardrobe but only a clothes rail plus shelf in the bathroom. The washbasin and bathtub are in the living area, so there is no privacy. There is no table where you can work on your laptop. We are tired from the journey and want to relax a little. Disco music starts at the hotel pool ("Fat Coco Beachclub"). They have set up huge boxes next to the pool, which are turned up full blast. In our room the walls, the windows, the furniture literally shake, everything vibrates with the bass. No earplugs help. We call the reception desk. Yes, there's nothing they can do about it, it's a new idea of the management, daily from 14 - 22:00. They didn't mention this when we booked and it's not on the website either. We want to check out and get our money back. The friendly manager has a solution for us, and we get a suite in the neighbouring A One Pattaya Beach Resort. There you can still hear the basses booming, but with a...
