OUTLAW PIZZA (สาขา พัทยา) — Restaurant in Pattaya City

Keeping it long but short, I’m not going to sugar coat anything here, this is all what I genuinely think and feel about this establishment. I thought it was very good, I’m from California and I wouldn’t say it’s cali style, is more newyork/ Detroit like, but I loved it either way. But I also quickly realized that California makes many varieties and many different types, it’s more of a preference factor with it, for instance Dominos and Little Cesar’s are both completely different types of pizza even if you order the same thing. Some people like Dominos more meanwhile I favor Little Cesar’s. My personal opinion, it was great:) They were very kind and fast with making the food but I know the time length will depend on what you order aswell. I’d give it a 9.5/10 and only leaving the .5 out because they sadly aren’t in the US. I understand it’s a small business too but in my personal preference if your looking for a normal, good quality pizza that isn’t super flat nor has too much ingredients, come here. I made an order via GrabFood (GF 758). First, I want to say that pizza itself was good. However, I did notice that the small zip lock bags of oregano and cayenne pepper were missing.

As my better half really like those spices, she contacted you and asked why they were missing? The Thai girl, who answered the phone decided to give the dumbest explanation ever (quote): "As the order was made by farang (foreigner) I did not put those spices in. Because farang don't like those spices".

Yes, you read it right. Instead of simply admitting a little mistake and apologizing it, she decided to make this completely BS statement. Yes, I (farang) did order the pizza, but who was this girl to decide I don't like them, as well as who will eat the pizza?

This is a relatively small thing and I am not looking any other compensation than this: Could you please tell her to simply admit she made a mistake, apologize it, and if it happens again, could she NOT make up such a stupid excuse? Because it just sounds plain...

I gave this pizza place a try despite my usual reluctance to do so, I generally stick with a tried and kind of trusted pizzeria in Pattaya that can make an ok New York style pizza; was hoping to find another possible go to spot.

I ordered 4 pizzas, two 5 cheese pizzas and two veggie pizzas, I specifically requested red tomato pizza sauce and not garlic sauce, all the pizzas came with garlic sauce and not tomato red sauce.

I requested only capsicum and mushrooms on the veggie pizza as my children will not go in for the others, both came with every vegetable that the pizzeria must have had on offer.

Not certain that I will make another attempt as I spent 800baht for pizzas prepared in a way that I did not want, as it appears the cooks or the order receivers have...
