Went to try the special of the day : Picanha : 300g cooked med rare . It came out “blue” and the second time it was still on the bluish side. The quality of the meat made up for the temperature mishap. Still tender and juicy, but some pieces were on the chewy side. The truffle butter added the extra fat and savoriness.

Combined with the Nine stones Shiraz, made this a satisfying meal.

Aussie 200 day grain fed Steak sandwich : One bite and you will experience the effort and love, in creating this glorious sandwich. Start with the toasty crispy edge sour dough bread, just like SF’s Boudins. Then add the fattiest and juiciest sliced steak, on top of their special sauce , mayo . Rocket salad and grilled onions . You’ll experience a mouth full of explosive goodness.

This time the Cajun fries were a lot thicker/bigger and satisfying 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Wine 2019 Nine Stone Shiraz was on the lighter side , but still had medium tanins, with rich cherry , black currents and dry fruity aromas .

People need to stop complaining about Vat and Service charge, and start enjoying amazing food that will cost double back in the states.

Tasty “Smash” burger Giving the competitors a run for their business. Double smash medium : grilled onions , American cheese , bacon , homemade toast brioche bun. Perfect mesh of ingredients Aussie beef was exceptional(grass fed and grain finished). Cajun fries : crispy goodness

Wine: Penfolds Koonunga Hill Shiraz : blackberry , oaky , medium tannins and a hint of vanilla . Very generous pour. Perfectly paired with the burger.

Good service with a smile .

I have the breakdown this review in 3 parts:

Service: The service was outstanding, some of the best I have received in my 3 years living in Thailand. I mean superb, the entire team was fantastic, which made our family dinner even better.

Food: The food was good, the flavor of the burgers fantastic, and the milkshakes were delicious. Overall really good flavors all around. Now the french fries both the twister and regular ones were terrible, I highly recommend and upgrade to the fries.

Price: Now, for Thailand this Burger and Shake place is pretty pricey, not mention that just to change the type of fries there is a charge. And my biggest problem with the price is that the thickness of the beef in the burger is borderline disrespectful (even the McD single cheeseburger is thicker than the double one here).

Tip: The aluminum foil to bring the burger for dinning-in is a waste, eliminate that and bring value up with the beef being...

A reply to the owners, as I mentioned twice. The burger was great and in my opinion one of the third best in town. But as a customer i want to know the price without having to calculate plus plus here and there. As for the tips, i want to give the tips that the service deserves, not more, not less. Just put the real price in the menu, how difficult can it be.

One of the third best burgers in pattaya but what makes the the ratings go down is two major set backs. Firstly, fries comes with the burger but its so few fries its almost a joke. Better not to include it at all. Secondly and most annoying.. is the price, its a fair price when first look at the menu, but then comes the plus plus, vat and service sharge factor..Why not just put the price in the menu fair and square.
