Bar-B-Q Plaza — Restaurant in Phra Khanong Nuea Subdistrict

Fantastic Barbecue place! When talk about Barbecue usually people will relate it with dryness, charcoal etc. This restaurant use a “MooKaTa” (meaning pork pan), a dome shape pan, where you can pour some soup at the side of the pan, cooking the vegetable whole barbecue the meat on the dome shape pan. The beef is particularly nice, came with some chili sauce on top of it, once you barbecue it and dip it with their signature sauce, it taste just fantastic. The signature sauce is a kind of Japanese miso sauce, but I was told it is not any miso sauce you can get outside a heavily guarded secret recipe by the restaurant. ว่าด้วยเรื่องของเนื้อ และซีฟู้ดต่างๆ รสชาตยังค่อนข้างได้มาตรฐานบาร์บีก้อนอยู่ เนื้อหมักกับไก่หมักย่างออกมาแล้วค่อนข้างนุ่ม รสชาตกำลังดี แต่ว่าต้องใจเย็นๆ ใช้เวลาย่างพอสมควร ถ้าใครหิวแนะนำให้ลงเนื้อสไลด์ก่อนเลย

ต่อกันด้วยน้ำจิ้มสูตรใหม่ จิ้มก้อนเผ็ดนัว รสชาตเปรี้ยวๆ คล้ายน้ำจิ้มสุกี้ ความเผ็ดค่อนข้างน้อยมากๆ ส่วน จิ้มก้อนแซ่บสามรส น้ำจิ้มจะเหลวมากกว่ารสชาตออกหวานๆ

หลังจากที่กินเซ็ตก้อนกระทะเกือบจะหมดแล้วก็รู้สึกไม่ค่อยอิ่มสักเท่าไรเลยสั่งเซ็ตเนื้อหมาล่ามาอีกเซ็ตนึง เซ็ตนี้สามารถเลือกระดับความเผ็ดของพริกหมาล่าได้ เลยสั่งเผ็ดมากไป พออาหารมาถึงแล้วลองกินดูรู้สึกว่าเผ็ดมากยังไม่ค่อยเผ็ดมากสักเท่าไรสำหรับสายหมาล่า กินได้สบายๆ เลย

โดยรวมแล้วทุกอย่างค่อนข้างโอเคร พนักงานมีลืมออเดอร์ที่สั่งไปบ้าง แต่ก็ยังตามได้อยู่

I recently visited this restaurant to try the new "ก้อนกระทะ" (meat hot pot) menu. I ordered the "รวมดาวเนื้อ" (meat combo) set, which comes with a variety of meat, seafood, and vegetables.

The food arrived quickly, and the set was a great value. The meat and seafood were all cooked well and flavorful. The beef was tender and juicy, and the chicken was flavorful and crispy. The seafood was also fresh and cooked perfectly.

The new sauces were both good, but the "จิ้มก้อนเผ็ดนัว" (spicy and savory sauce) was a bit too sour for my taste. The "จิ้มก้อนแซ่บสามรส" (three-flavor sauce) was sweeter than I expected, but it was still enjoyable.

I was a bit disappointed that the "เผ็ดมาก" (very spicy) level of the "หมาล่า" (mala) sauce was not as spicy as I expected. It was still spicy, but it was not as spicy as I would like for a mala dish.

Overall, I had a great time at this restaurant. The food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and tasty hot...

Bar B Q Plaza, one of my favorite restaurant chain in Thailand 🇹🇭 especially if they do the promotion buffet! I can eat Bar Q Plaza every week, if I got time. Dinner time mostly crowded, always queq up at night! If you never try Bar B Q Plaza, you must try it, a different way to have BBQ, feels more healthy in my diet.
