EBISU SHOTEN — Restaurant in Phra Khanong Subdistrict

The food that i ate at the restaurant is delicious and fresh. But the food that i ordered to take home, I ordered Seafood Yakisoba. When im home it's not that i ordered so i call to the shop and ask them. Might be forgot to put Yakisoba sauce? The shop replied that the one i got was more expensive than the price paid. Honestly the price was correct so she explain that it was a salt recipe.

I explained that I had never been here, so I misunderstood, I apologized to her. She told me saIt's written on the menu. It's a salt-grilled recipe in Thai.

Honestly, I'm angry, but i still keep it. Because i want to know when she will apologize me. So i propose that It's probably a communication problem. The staff may not be knowledgeable enough about food or what customer want.

The funny thing is she asked me who is the worker who took the order was probably maybe a new Burmese, or the recipient might think that i been there, so them not explain that is a saIt's no yakisoba sauce.

All that we talked to had no apologies or humble tones. So I will not back to this...

Dude, had a much better experience this time than my first trip on soi 26. Everything was great this run! 188 baht for salmon sushi plate, 8 pieces!! Sushi was of good quality. Hard to beat that price. Kushi katsu was excellent, not over cooked, chicken was very tender and juicy. Japanese cheese is better than the mozzarella, and my favorite. Gyoza was pretty good Horenso bacon also good. Karaage was ok, but the packaging is genius!!! EFC, Ebisu Fried Chicken😂 The place is decorated nicely and brightly with big high ceilings, walls covered with posters and menu items. It Screams Osaka!!! Highly recomend this place!!! notice the cash only sign on the door Sake specials on nihonshu and umeshu starting 30 baht!! And i swear i saw a sign that said sparkling something only 500...

Very disappointed with this restaurant! After forgetting my order from my last visit, i want give the restaurant a second chance..

But AGAIN absolutely disappointed after receiving my food.. i got two small pieces of salmon (same dish that last time got forgotten), got charged full price and laughed at from the waitress!

Not funny at all, when you are hungry and receive a not regular portion.. got full charged, even i didnt touch it. Left with still a hungry stomach to find a another dinner and spent more money again.

For a big franchise restaurant in Bangkok, not good enough to compete with their another branches..

Anyways, Visit again ?!
