Such a lovely Korean eatery! Glad to have done some research on Google Maps before making my way down here. The eatery is modestly sized, located on the second level of the building. It's incredibly cosy and the overall vibe is pretty good. The business owner has a serious demeanor but under the tough exterior, you can tell that he is a nice person. He was kind enough to stop me from over ordering when I was overly excited with the options in the menu and went overboard ordering for two instead of one.
The food was nothing but scrumptious to the very last morsel. Everything I ordered was tasty, authentic and came in healthy portions. I single handedly demolished every dish, they were so delicious and true to the flavours of South Korea. I love cold noodles but this is the first time I've tried a version that uses soy milk as the base stock. It's so heavenly creamy and full of oomph! Kimbap was packed tight with ingredients with the right balance of crunch from the fresh veges... they were a joy to bite into. The spicy fish roe stew is filled with seafoody goodness, the flavours were literally doing the tango on my tongue!
I highly recommend this South Korean joint and will be back to explore the menu further. Will be bringing friends along for the ride too....
Read moreGreat Korean food! They are located on the second floor of the building so they can be hard to spot. The food tasted authentic and had most of the mainstream traditional Korean dishes. The location is small so great for if you’re in the area and need a Korean fix or for takeout
My only qualm with the place is that the gentleman who took our order was visibly and audibly annoyed while taking our order and during the payment process. We weren’t being loud or doing anything ostentatious so it was unjustified. Perhaps there was something that he was going through internally that was effecting his mood. I hope he finds...

I’m a big fan of Yukgaejang but I struggle to find really good places. I’ve been to at least 20 Korean places in Bangkok. Half of the places were disappointing in terms of Yukgaejang and only a few were really good. This place is one of them. We also had the kimchi pancake which was delicious as well. And prices are super fair! Will be back for sure. Mann more...
