Great date spot to split a pizza. Pictured: (1) Greek salad ฿269 was fresh and flavorful. (2) The best seller, the prosciutto pizza comes in at ฿380, which was okay, but too much for one person to eat alone. It was well made and the pizza dough abs crust is all reminiscent of pizza I know and love back home in New York City and New Jersey. (3) Imported Italian still water, it has a nice clean “watery” flavor that is unmistakably better than your Thai water brands, and plus the blue bottle really looks cool against the interior design and colorful pizza and salad.
Prices: I saw the margarita pizza is only ฿250 so I might go for that next time to save ฿130. There is a plethora of pizzas to choose from, so you might want to check other reviews on here to see what looks good to you. The pepperoni looks good too. I saw another couple here on a date and they were ordering wine and hors d'oeuvres like Caprese, etc, of which both looked good and they couple seemed to be enjoying it.
Additional info: One cheese was sold out so I could try the one I wanted to this time, and they were out of Italian sparkling water too. So hopefully next time around I could try those items that were on order. I sat upstairs otherwise you sit outside in front of the restaurant. There didn’t seem to be any air conditioning, but the temperature didn’t get too hot so I was okay. Otherwise, it can get a little hot, so...

Read moreA very solid pizza joint in Bangkok serving up classics and a range of creative pies. I had The Falang, which was super tasty and refreshing. I’ve never had Brie cheese on pizza before but it went unexpectedly well in this context. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is fun and quirky. You can eat on the second level overlooking the kitchen. I’ll definitely have to come back and try out some other pizzas in the future!
Update: I returned to Grano di Pa this evening for dinner. I ordered the Diavola pizza and caprese salad. The caprese was nice—fresh tomatoes and solid mozzarella—but the Diavola was awesome! Perfectly cooked, crispy crust, robust red sauce, and tasty (and not overly salty) spicy salami. Overall I had a 2nd...
