Pepper Lunch, Ground Fl, Gateway — Restaurant in Phra Khanong Subdistrict

It was my first time eating anything from this franchise, and honestly it could have been better. I ordered the beef pepper lunch, and overall it wasn't too bad. The wife ordered sukiyaki and the sauce on that was fairly watered down.

The 3 star rating is mostly due to service- having to get up and ask for drinks, and completely screwing up the orders (I wanted soup, they out in salad, she wanted cabbage, they brought bean sprouts) and not giving any recourse.

Food is still okay because pepper lunch is a good brand, but this has to be the worst pepper lunch in Bangkok.

Ordered the beef hamburg set, supposed to come with mash potato, gave me cabbage instead.

Not the height of cuisines but not bad. Similar to most of the branch/franchise restuarants in Thailand. It's pretty inexpensive but the ingredients aren't already the best.
