I had a great time at Palette Artspace. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they let me enjoy my mango sticky rice from a nearby vendor. The Thai tea I ordered was delicious and refreshing, with a rich, sweet taste. The only thing I would change is the amount of ice in the tea, as it was a bit too much for my liking. The place just opened in mid August (2019) and I think it's a fitting place to come by and catch some conversations with friends over coffee or to read a book or do some work on your laptop.
I'm afraid there may be lots of laptop warriors when this place...
