This hair salon is the worst I've ever experienced in my life within this price range. I'm not exaggerating; I've never given such a bad review before, but I have to say it's really terrible. The haircut was basic but leaned towards the bad side. There was excessive thinning of my hair, even though I clearly stated how much I wanted. The worst part was the service. The hairdresser cut a bit, then went to look at someone else, leaving me waiting without saying anything. After a while, they came back to cut a bit more and then moved on to someone else again. This happened three times, even though I had booked just for a haircut. Why couldn't they finish one customer at a time? If they can't manage even this, they shouldn't accept customers and should just say they're fully booked or short-staffed, instead of making customers frustrated. Anyone considering using their service should think twice. I came here based on a friend's recommendation without checking reviews first, but even after looking at reviews, I found similar experiences dating back to 9 months ago....

I just arrived in Bangkok from the U.S. yesterday and went straight to the salon. Charmin, my stylist, did an amazing job — I was really happy with her work.

However, when I went to pay, the front desk told me the total was 3,000 THB. That left me feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed. Before my appointment, I had confirmed that the haircut and perm package would be 2,500 THB. If the service or pricing changed, I believe it should have been clearly communicated to me before the service started — not after everything was done.

The way the front desk handled the situation felt dismissive and unprofessional. It made an otherwise great experience feel really unpleasant.

The service here is ridiculous. This is the third time they made me wait for more than an hour for no good reason. No queue, no previous customer, no apology, just pure negligence and poor communication between staff (especially if you aren’t dressed “spectacularly” like some other customers their selective treatment is very visible). Blowout curls lasted 30 minutes max because they always rush to do hair with terrible quality curling irons, complete waste of time and money. Waxing is fine but nothing special.
