Loft Thai Spa & Massage - Sukhumvit 38 — Local services in Phra Khanong Subdistrict

Went there for a 60 mins intensive facial treatment by Aesop. The whole service was 2800 Thai baht. It was overpriced and the service doesn’t worth 2800 Thai baht. It says treatment but needed up only get massage on face, and not even any products of Aesop being shown, not sure what has been used on my face as they quickly keep all the products away from the room after the session. I will not recommended anyone who wants to select their facial treatment, I think their body massage would be a better choice.

Reply: Thank you for your response, but I must say I’m quite disappointed by the way my feedback has been addressed. It feels as though you’ve simply relied on your therapist’s notes to conclude the quality of service I received, rather than genuinely considering my experience.

Just because your therapist noted I “felt comfortable” during the session doesn’t mean the service met expectations. In fact, one of my main concerns was the therapist’s lack of professional touch—their hands felt rough and unrefined, especially compared to other facial therapists I’ve encountered elsewhere. That in itself left a strong impression of inexperience.

Moreover, your official description of the facial treatment on your website clearly states:

“A facial is a beautifying skin treatment that cleanses pores, exfoliates dead skin cells, hydrates and moisturises the skin, and treats common skin concerns with a custom regime.” Yet during the session, I was told no pore cleansing would be done. That directly contradicts what was promised online, which only added to my confusion and disappointment.

Rather than relying solely on internal protocol and therapist notes, I hope you can take this feedback seriously and honestly reflect on how the service is being delivered versus how it is marketed. I would appreciate a more genuine acknowledgment of this discrepancy and a...

We all know that the Spa space in Bangkok is filled with numerous Spa’s and it is not easy to find the one tailor made for our requirements. My choice of Loft Thai Spa was totally based on the high number of positive reviews. I am delighted to share with you that Loft Thai Spa has completely exceeded our expectations.

The booking process by WhatsApp was seamless. I asked a lot of questions about the Spa Packages and every question was answered clearly which made it easier for me to choose the Spa Experience. We chose The Couple Retreat Package and from the time we arrived till the time we left our VIP room it was indulgence of another level.

On arrival at the Spa each and every step of our Package was clearly explained by Mr. John. Our therapists Ms Fon & Ms Kung were well trained expert therapists. They did a brilliant job with the hot stone aroma massage and Hydra Facial & Microdermabrasion Treatment. They used good quality products.

The Spa is very clean and they have very high standards of hygiene. The interiors are luxurious. It is total value for money.

I cannot recommend Loft Thai Spa enough. Take this from someone who has frequented Spas across continents. This is a must visit Spa in Bangkok.

Last but not the least they celebrated my husband’s birthday with a delicious cake, a gorgeous bouquet of flowers and gathering all their staff to wish him. We were really touched by this gesture of theirs.

Such an amazing experience.

First the booking, it was very smooth, I did it online and add them on WhatsApp for confirmation and small details. They are very helpful.

The location is great, just located in front near Thong lor BTS.

The welcome was as good as a five-star hotel, it’s exactly the same standard. I understood that most of the team are coming from five star hotels. Great homemade welcome drink, refreshments and form. As I had a Loft Thai Signature, I could choose some of my essential oil and scents.

During the massage, the therapist was very gentle and professional. No talk, she asked 2 times if the temperature of the room and the pressure was good. The massage was so good and very accurate using a lot of different techniques. I have never seen so much technique in a massage session. I must say I was really impressed. The facial was just excellent ! there is no doubt, they used very high quality products in collaboration with Aesop. You can really feel the difference before and after. The facial includes a face massage which was so relaxing !

After my session, they served me a hot tea from the brand Monsoon and some Thai delight like an afternoon tea !

I end up this wonderful experience with a walk into their own art gallery featuring some local artists.
