Read moreWe ordered the business lunch at this restaurant several times. Only later did we find out that drinks and dessert were actually included in the price — but none of the waiters ever informed us of this or offered them. We found out by chance, when guests at a nearby table, who ordered the same lunch, were given a choice of drinks and were asked when they would like their dessert served. We, on the other hand, were never told anything during all our visits.
Additionally, we ordered takeaway several times — and every time, a 10% service charge was added, even though the sign on the door clearly states that service is not included for takeaway. It's unclear why this policy is being ignored.
What stood out most, however, was the difference in how guests are treated. If you're of European appearance and not accompanied by an Asian guest, the attention you receive will be minimal. We repeatedly noticed that guests of Asian appearance were treated more kindly, served faster, and clearly given priority by the staff.
Unfortunately, this kind of selective treatment feels discriminatory, and it left us with a very disappointing impression...
Read moreWorst experience ever. Went to Fuji restaurant in Blue Port shopping center for my husband's birthday dinner. What a terrible experience. We ordered 2 salmon stake sets and garlic fried rice. The garlic fried rice turned up before anything else. After waiting a while my husband was served his salmon steak set and then we waited for my food to arrive. After 15 minutes still no food and we asked one of the staff why I wasn't served. Apparently the kitchen had forgotten to make my meal. After 15 minutes my dinner appeared. By that time I had lost my appetite and wasn't tasty. The staff seemed totally unqualified to work in a restaurant and there was no manager present. I must strongly advice against going to this Fuji restaurant. No need to say we will not be returning to this joke of...
