Swensen's Phuket Town — Restaurant in Ratsada

I have been having ice-cream at the place for many years. Recently, the staffs forgot our order. Me and my girlfriend were waiting for our ice-cream for about 30 minutes, until we asked about the order, and they said that our order disappeared from the system. The reason why we did not ask earlier was because we were sitting in the middle of the shop, and there were not many customers at the time. We assume that it is impossible that they might forget the order, since 4 to 5 staffs in the shop can clearly see us waiting for 30 minutes with just two glasses of water on the table. We decided to leave the shop without having anything. So disappointing. My point here is the staffs could have paid more attention to custoners. No one asks us about the order. No one cares if there is a customer has not been served for 30 minutes. By the way, we ordered Bingsu which normal takes longer time to prepare than a regular scoop...

The Phuket outlet of Swensens has a huge variety of delicious ice cream flavors and a romantic glass house overlooking the fountain square. I would definitely say it is an addictive and a great place to visit.

It could be one of the best Swensens in Phuket because of the beautiful historic building but on my visit the staff was super inattentive, did not care at all. I had to call them after 20 minutes because they forgot to take my order. The toilet is only on the upper floor behind a steep stair, good luck to disabled people and those who cannot walk. Scaling this stair on crunches was not much fun but the staff did not care as well. Such is...
