Have bought their croissants, bread, and pastries here a few times. Their baguette is the best, as well as almond croissants, éclairs, and macarons. Very good value for money and they use high quality ingredients, owned by renowned pastry chef Fabrice Cardelac who has background in Michelin restaurants, and previously Chef instructor at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary schools in Korea and Thailand. He has great expertise in his field.
I also took a 2 day sourdough workshop with him and the experience was wonderful, Chef Fabrice gave us a lot of useful and practical techniques, as well as in depth explanations on various kinds of bread. Compared to other workshops I've taken, I've learned to make more than 10 kinds of bread in two days, not including the different ways to shape them. Chef gave us helpful solutions to adjust to our own baking environment which is so appreciated. He also has his own platform for members, where they can check the recipes from his courses. Definitely when I have the time I will take more of his courses!

However, I want to talk about something else đ We celebrated my daughter's birthday here, as she turned 8 years old. She dreams of becoming a pastry chef, and for her birthday, we held a masterclass at the pastry shop. It was an absolute delight. Fabrice conducted an incredible masterclass. The children had a fantastic time spending two hours making cupcakes. For the parents, a table with delicious pastries and Ă©clairs was set up in the hall. Fabrice organized everything to the highest standard from start to finish. At the end, every child received a real Certificate of Completion from the Chef. It was the best birthday ever.
