Indian Oriental Kitchen (Nayaing Beach) — Restaurant in Sakhu

This restaurant is an absolute DISGRACE to the Indian cuisine. If I despised someone, I would send them to eat here. Apparently one of the owners , a youngling took my feedback as an opinion. Clearly shows bad attitude towards the customer and needs some basic customer service training. It’s been the worst food I have ever tasted in the history of mankind which comes along with a heavy denial of not accepting that their food is actually tasteless and that they should do something about it. Daal Makkhani was bland and flavourless, and if they can’t get the most basic important dish right then the rest is far away from even being Average! They didn’t charge me for that. They offered me Daal Tadka instead which again was below average. I didn’t bother reading the reviews because c’mon how could anyone go wrong with an Indian cuisine. I have eaten here twice now since arriving in Phuket. Obviously one must deal with tourist prices at Nai Yang beach, but with that in mind the menu was very broad l, covered a large range of cuisines and did not seem exploitatively overpriced. The restaurant itself is not beachfront, but in a cool location with easy access anywhere. Well shaded, breezy, quiet, I enjoyed the atmosphere. The dishes I have tried are: naan, poppadom, North Indian (non-veg) Thali, Chicken Shish, and Hummus. Food quality is good, I can particularly recommend their Indian food (unsurprisingly) so I would personally not order more Middle Eastern/Anatolian food from them. Me and my wife stay near phuket airport for visit and we travel 40 min to this place to experience indian food. But we are really really disappointed with their food chef couldn't cook chicken properly it is undercooked hope we dont get food poison. Couldn't even eat one bite.we order chicken oriental masala and chicken was not cooked properly.first bite of chicken was crunchy due to not cook properly.
