Disappointing experience
Recently visited this Japanese restaurant, and I must say that the experience left me thoroughly disappointed. From the moment I stepped inside, it was clear that this establishment did not live up to its reputation. Here are a few reasons why I cannot recommend this restaurant:
Poor Service: The service was incredibly slow and unprofessional. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, paying minimal attention to the customers' needs. We had to repeatedly call for their attention just to place our order.
Mediocre Food Quality: I was truly disappointed with the quality of the food. The sushi rolls lacked freshness and tasted bland. The sashimi was served with little care, and it was evident that the fish had not been properly prepared. Even the presentation of the dishes lacked the finesse one would expect from a Japanese restaurant.
Limited Menu Options: the menu was extremely limited and did not offer a wide variety of choices. The lack of variety made it difficult to find something appealing, especially for those with dietary restrictions or preferences.
Overpriced Mediocrity: Considering the overall quality of the food and service, the prices were unjustifiably high. I expected a memorable dining experience that would warrant the cost, but instead, I felt cheated.
Lack of Ambiance: The ambiance was lackluster at best. The interior lacked any traditional Japanese decor, and the lighting was harsh and uninviting. The overall atmosphere failed to create the cozy and authentic experience one would expect from a Japanese restaurant.
Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing. From the subpar service and mediocre food to the limited menu options and lackluster ambiance, this restaurant failed to meet even the basic expectations. I would advise potential diners to look elsewhere for an authentic and satisfying Japanese...

The interior looked really cheap and didn’t feel authentic at all. The menus were almost as big as the table since they also offer an all you can eat menu price.. it’s really difficult to look at the menu after every round when the table is full with dishes.
When it comes to the food.. it was not delicious at all. They put onions and big pieces of lettuce in the sushi rolls which ruined the taste. I asked multiple times to please remove it, but the staff couldn’t care less. The surimi in the sushi rolls was also not fresh, I spit it out in the toilet because I’m prone to get really sick after one bite. My friend also got really sick afterwards.
The service just sucked. There was this one waitress that was really hostile and could not even do her job well.. like taking orders. She should get fired. Also, the chef got really passive aggressive after we returned the sushi rolls with onions and lettuce to the kitchen. Even though, we have asked multiple times before.. waitress was lacking here.
I would suggest to skip this place before/after your flight… especially if you’re sensitive to bad food (preparation) like me. I reported this place to the authorities regarding the food and service. Tbh, there are much better places out there for your buck.
There are more reviews about this place regarding their food and service, read those as well as I’m not the only customer who had a...

We've been here some years ago and were looking forward to return because two years ago the fish was fresh, the dishes were served as they were pictured on the menu, and the cook was skillful. This time we were disappointed. The fish had no structure or taste the sushi rice was prepared without vinegar, even the salad tasted like water and some of our favorite dishes were not available like chicken karaage. Most dishes were designed to make your stomach full, like there were huge amonuts of rice on Makis, Nigiris and other food. Like others wrote before: you have to pay extra whatever you don't finish. I think that is fair, because food shpuld not be wastet, but if the dish is three times as big as pictured (like for example the bowl of edamame or the size of a Maki Roll which were as huge as Indise Out Rolls) I felt tricked a litten bit...
Last time we ordered once to try and reordered our favourites. This time we were glad to finish the first round and didn't find anything we would have liked to eat a second time.
The service was good but we were the only guests so we can't really...
