I've seen only locals here. Quite often that's a good sign. Not here. If you don't speak Thai dont expect them to do any effort. Also the food is just adding hot water to the instant noodle packages you can buy at the 7-11. Not bad if you're hungry, cheap. But also nothing special. Many better places down the...
