I was amazed how staff are very friendly and attentive at first visit with my dog. So I revisit and realized 2 of the times the owner was there.
This is like the 5th time I was there with my dog but MOST OF THE STAFF have this poker face and grumpy almost all the time which I do not know why because I was not demanding anything nor the dog. We were there before lunch and stay until the afternoon, I heard one staff saying I did not take the dog back home yet which was so rude and unwell manner for me. Do not advertised your place as a pet friendly if your staff do not know how to treat them with respect. BECAUSE AS YOU CAN SEE I PAID FOR THE 10% SERVICE CHARED AND GET THE WORST SERVICE EVER.
IF ANYONE WHO HAS A PET STILL DECIDING WHETHER OR NOT TO COME. TAKE THIS AS A WARNING. OVERPRICED CHARGES WITH ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE. I WOULD NEVER REVISIT NOR RECOMMENDED ANYONE TO GO EXPERIENCED THIS KIND OF SERVICE YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR. This would definitely my last time at the store. You can cleary see the name on the bill cashier is Ornuma and the other staff was the lady with grey hair, shoulder length. So disrepectful like they do not want to work and why do we have to pay for the service? We should be able to compensate this back as I do not agree because I do not want to pay such for my dog to be...

With all my respect to local cuisine, if I'm visiting european restaurant, that means that I could have a reason for it. If I'm ordering pasta with bacon, egg & garlic that means that the last thing I ever expect to discover in my meal is damn hot smoked chilie pepper (or whatever pepper that is). I believe that you need to mention such a small, but important detail in your menu. My wife's doctor prohibited her to eat anything spicy, so we ended up visiting the hospital instead of spending our Valentine's day in a lovely atmosphere.
The second reason why I was upset is that every time we needed a waitress it was almost impossible to catch her, or have eye contact at least, so I was looking for her all over the place. I believe that it's not the right way to provide a service.
For sure I'll not come back to your cafe anymore, cause it's my first visit to Bangkok, but the worst...
