Wrong location on Google Maps!

I messaged them for an appointment for gel nails for the same day, they confirmed and i took a taxi to the location. Once i arrived i found out that the location must be wrong, i messaged them again asking for the address and the person from Take care Salon send me a Google pin to this exact location. I sent her a photo of what I'm seeing when standing at that location. Then she mentioned it's Silom complex, not Silom Tower.

I searched for Silom complex on Google maps and it's about 2km away from where this pin is located, too far to walk. I tried getting another grab taxi but the price for the 2km was so high and i was already annoyed I wasted money for a taxi to the wrong location (which is a mistake that could have been easily avoided by telling me before that their Google location is wrong).

I ended up cancelling the appointment and found another nail salon called Balmy which was 1 min walk away, and to my surprise it was half the price (250thb) for gel nails there vs. what I would have paid at Take Care Salon. They did a pretty good job, so maybe it was meant to be that I ended up elsewhere.

If you end up at the wrong location because of their faulty pin, this is probably the best...

This is a huge spa. They do lots more than nails but I went in for a gel mani and pedi. The price was for both is 1550 baht - which my cheap butt was not that badly to pay. However the service was really good and I ended up feeling that the price was worth it. They give you a light exfoliating scrub, moisturizing cream with hot towels, addition to the standard mani and pedi treatment on both feet/ lower leg and hand/forearms. You are given water. Everything was professional, organized, and sanitary. They use high quality Gelish polish. My manicurist had very good English where my pedi lady did not, so it is hit and miss but there is always someone around who can help. Wow! This place is amazing. We were recommended by a local celebrity hair stylist and she did NOT dissapoint! The manicurists here were so detailed and skilled! My sister and I both got gold glitter tips which I previously got in Hanoi and they were able to replicate it exactly. We are both very satisfied with the quality of service. For both of us for gel manicures, it was 2,800 baht. We tipped 1,000 baht and think it was well worth it. This location is very conveniently located by the Chong Nongsi BTS stop.
