Really great bagels with wonderful texture! friendly staff, chill vibes! Small and cozy, about 8 seats total. free wifi. much much better than “bagel shop Soi 1 Sathon”

I go out of my way to come here. they mostly list crazy big bagel sandwiches and such but they can make regular bagels toasted with cream cheese too.

Bagels themselves range from 70 baht to 100 baht with maybe 40 baht for cream cheese. they also have coffee and tea drinks.

they do put the bagel together and maybe a little light on cream cheese tho so if you want the sides separate and maybe with more cream cheese you might need to explain it to them using a translator app (or speak thai lol).

I found this while walking by, but sadly when i was standing 2 blocks away and searching for bagels near me to find it again it was hard to find on google maps! Hopefully the google algo will get...

The Volks bagel cafe on Saladaeng was a gem of a find. My wife and I tried their smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel as well as the strawberry and french toast bagel. Both freshly made with a thin crust with a bit of a crunch while still retaining the chewy texture of a bagel. I'm no fan of bagels and having lived and eaten all types of bread across Asia, Europe and North America, this was among the best I've had, probably right up there with the quality of breads in Germany and France, but with a more innovative twist. Hats off to the owners/founders who came up with this brilliant idea-- the decor was very 1980s with US high-school locker cubicles so struck a chord with me. Service was very friendly and attentive. Big thanks to Khun Mink and Khun Ang for making our morning even brighter. We will now be coming back...

The shop is efficiently set up. They have a minimalist set up with top quality essential items.

Bagels are definitely better than Starbucks since they are freshly made and cooked if you get a sandwhich. They have a La Marzocco machine here delivering coffees that are up to par with famous establishments.

Overall, I loved how cosy and at home you would feel dining in this place. A very intimate breakfast type of setup which focuses on you hanging out with your peers.

Only 1 star less coz the neighbour was drilling and renovating during my quick purchase. Would...

A small little hidden gem. Freshly baked bagels. Crispy on the outer layer but chewy in the body🤭. Good texture of the bagel. Don’t miss out if you are a bagel lover. Highly recommend.
