Prices for the size of dishes offered are good/ competitive. Apart from classic German breakfast, there a English and American options too. Ate there twice now and will return again. Twice a week there is a German barbeque event. So if you crave a taste of home, be sure to visit.

Friendly German owner who prepares his own bread rolls and sausages, which are really good. Bread rolls are soft and chewy, not fibrous. Sausages are bursting with flavor. May be a little on the expensive side for a breakfast meal along Chaweng but it’s worthwhile. A standard breakfast and coffee set me back <400 THB. The normal portion is quite substantial for Asian appetites.

Very good and tasty breakfast. They even went the extra mile and made a custom additions to my omelette, adding some ingredients by my choice. Coffee also very good. Have the terrace outside and seating inside under the AC. I returned another day but I guess I was too early as they were still closed. But I will be coming back for sure when visiting Koh Samui.

I really toiled with whether I should write this review. I really don’t wanna mess up this guy’s business and the waitress that served me was lovely, but I also don’t want what happened to me to happen to anyone else. This place 100% gave me food poisoning. I’m staring at the fish I ate from there over 17 hours ago. Now that I finally got it up, I’m feeling better. It tasted off when I had it. Plus, everything I ate afterwards is dishes I have eaten for the past few days from the exact same restaurants and never got sick. I see that they have a bunch of other good reviews so, maybe just avoid the...

Absolutely FANTASTIC! We had the German breakfasts — a variety of delicious meats, cheeses, freshly baked rolls, homemade liverwurst, jam, butter, tea and a fresh hard boiled egg. Just like what we often enjoyed in Germany! The owner was wonderful and we enjoyed our Sunday breakfasts immensely. Koh Samui is very lucky to have Happy Bites available for an excellent breakfast! VERY highly recommended!...
