Disappointing Experience with Poor Service and Atmosphere

While the coffee was good and the food was decent, the overall experience at this café was truly disappointing. What stood out the most was the lack of a welcoming atmosphere, especially from the owner. A friendly greeting or a simple smile when entering should be basic hospitality, but unfortunately, that was completely missing.

I find it unfortunate that instead of acknowledging genuine feedback, the owner’s response was defensive and dismissive. Claiming that I “elaborated a story” rather than addressing the real issue reflects poor customer service and an unwillingness to take responsibility.

It’s clear from the owner’s reaction that this café is not open to constructive feedback and prefers to belittle customers who share honest experiences. A cozy, modest place should still offer basic respect and hospitality—which was clearly lacking...

Great cafe, lovely owners and staff are very friendly, welcoming and polite. The homemade bakery was delicious also the tea and iced coffee a must.
