Disappointing experience! And wouldn’t call this a luxury spa as they claim. It is basically a better setting massage parlour which the quality of their massage is what you can get from those along the road for 2 - 3 times cheaper. We went for their 2 hour package which costs 5,000 baht per couple. The package was supposed to include 30 mins body scrub, 60 massage and 30 min face mask. We were asked to pay up front (which seems a bit desperate for a spa). Anyway, we were put in one of their private ‘rancid’ room instead of nice relaxing scent (the way a ‘spa’ should smell). The scrubbing lasted 30 min as promised, however, had to take a shower afterward and it took me 5 min to rinse off the product they used and another 5 min for the masseuse to get ready for the massage setting (appeared to be deducted from massage time). During the massage the masseuse was trying to fix my back issue and suggested that I skip the 30 min face massage and go for longer body massage (90 min) instead to allow her enough time to fix my stiffness which I agreed to. The massage started a couple minutes after 18:00 and finished at 19:15 (so that was only 75 min instead of 90 min!). What worse was before we started, I told her I have sciatica pain and would like her to focus on my lower back and hamstring but she insisted that the issues come from my shoulder which effected the back and leg.. so I let her do the magic as she seemed to know better but it started to get painful so I told her to stop, she then added hot stoned on my back instead which was actually nice but that still didn’t help easing my sciatica pain and worsen by the shoulder pain and bruises added from where she was trying to fix the issue.. I wouldn’t say the whole thing was horrible as there are some part of the massage that were nice but for this price I have had 10 times better and proper spa experiences in Thailand. For the quality of the services and the premises I wouldn’t call this a luxury spa as they claim. Sadly, paid 2,500 baht and I got 30 min body scrub and 75 min hot stone massage which was on their promotion for only 1,000 baht…so felt a bit ripped off. Maybe that’s the reason why they asked for upfront payment. I gave 3 stars as they provided hotel pick up, the location of the place was right in the center, the quietness in the treatment room. But they need to invest in aromatic diffuser to meet their claim of being a luxury spa and be more honest with the time of the massage. Overall, I would not go back and would not recommend to anyone unless you wanna brave...
Read moreLocation: The spa boasts an excellent location, conveniently situated near Walking Street and various hotels. It is also close to numerous shops, making it easily accessible for visitors. However, one downside is the lack of parking directly in front of the center.
Facility: The building is outstanding, impeccably clean, and offers a pleasant view of the street. The interior design is comfortable and creates a very tranquil atmosphere, ideal for relaxation.
Services: The center provides a diverse range of services, including various types of massages, facial treatments, and other offerings as per their menu. This variety ensures that there is something for everyone.
Staff: The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and highly professional in their work. Their expertise greatly enhances the overall experience.

Read moreWe wanted massages that were something a little more than the roadside/street market massages, and I needed a facial after all of the sun exposure I’ve had so we came across this place on a reddit thread, of all placed, which gave great reviews. The place is clean and warm with plenty of different sections depending on the treatment you’re getting done.
The facial was great. I ended up going twice! The menu for their facials differs a little bit from their online menu but they do honor it. My partner got a traditional Thai massage (he loved it) and a deep tissue massage the second time. He said the deep tissue massage felt more like it was a medical therapy rather than a relaxing massage, which he appreciated because he needed his shoulder worked on. He mentioned that unlike other basic massage places, this place was able to accommodate where he needed more work done.
Also, if your hotel is nearby (ours was about 15 minutes away by car), they will offer transport to and from their location free of charge! So it was definitely worth the extra payment for our massages...
