Sarunya Massage — Local services in Ko Samui

Highly disappointed. I visited with my partner for a double mani-pedi service. We were informed a double was not available on the spot, so we had to revisit 30 minutes later. To keep the appointment we had to prepay in full (understandable). We went back, my partner started having the service, while i was waiting... And waiting. 15 minutes later a polite hostess came and asked if we had a booked an appointment for the second person.... We showed the receipt and she left. She coma back 10 minutes later saying that i d have to wait for my partner to finish and i would get mani pedi afterwards. It was 25 minutes later, that i was still waiting.... I requested a refund, that I got in full, but missed 1.30 hours of my precious vacation time. I was then informed that in 10 minutes a nail professional would be there for me. But oneone came for the bent 70 minutes!!!!! Unacceptable, not because professionals are not allowed to make mistakes, but due to the fact they were not straight forward from the beggining. To conclude, the service was mediocre, the time spent too much and my time for.an other treatment lost! I would not recommend it as there are too any other choices around. Don t buy the posh...

This is probably one of the nicest places you can go and get a massage. The only disappointment for us is that we didn't find this place earlier in our trip, we found it on our Last Day here. I have very special thanks to Tina, you really knew exactly how and where to apply the perfect amount of pressure during my massage. This place is beautiful, clean, cool and really carming on the eyes during a daytime massage as there is a very dim lit area inside.

OPLICHTERS! Ga hier alsjeblieft NIET heen om je nagels te doen, Ik ben hier gister geweest om mijn oude set te laten verwijderen en gel erop te laten zetten (dit was de oorspronkelijke afspraak) dit zou mij 1100 baht kosten. Deze afspraak stond zelfs op een kaartje die ik daar helaas heb moeten achterlaten, anders had ik dit bewijs kunnen toevoegen. Vervolgens zit ik in de ruimte met de vrouw die mijn nagels doet en geeft ze aan dat het 100 baht extra zal kosten omdat gel niet stevig genoeg is voor mijn eigen nagel en ze acryl moest gebruiken en dit begreep ik wel (zonder verlenging want mijn nagels zijn lang genoeg en waren nog redelijk sterk) voor controle vroeg ik of het totale bedrag dan 1200 baht zou zijn, dit heeft ze notabene zelf bevestigd. Ik ga hier zelf ook mee akkoord dus prima. Ik wil afrekenen, word er in de rekenmachine 1350 getikt???? Ik natuurlijk me grote mond open trekken want hoe kan je zo oneerlijk zijn. Ze had niet eens een duidelijke reden waarom ze de prijs opeens verhoogde en dit was niet de afspraak die ik met haar had gemaakt. En ze stond te liegen in me gezicht want ze zei dat ze 1350 expliciet met me had besproken en dit is gwn niet waar!!! Super irritant. Ik heb een grote mond gegeven en het geld maar ik had eigenlijk 1200 moeten geven en moeten weglopen maar zo goed als dat ik ben…. Ze verdienen het niet en ze doen alsof ze dom zijn maar dat zijn ze niet. Tip: heb er vooral geen medelijden mee en kom voor jezelf op...
