Today, I wanted go to KFC. I asked the server some questions, but I couldn’t understand his English—though, to be fair, his accent wasn’t the easiest to grasp. That wasn’t really a problem; I tried my best to understand him. However, what bothered me was his attitude and body language.
Because yes, even when wearing a mask, we can see your eyes. We can tell when there’s no smile, no sign of kindness. I just want to say that this is not the best way to behave, and I did nothing to deserve such a reaction.
I understand that we all have difficult days, but that doesn’t mean we should take our emotions out on customers. Anyway, it’s not a big deal—don’t worry, I’m just one customer among thousands. But if this person acted like this with me, it means they’ve likely done it with others too!

Only fault was they gave us our food at different times so we didn't actually dine together at the same time only a minor fault. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Food always appears to be fresh and hot. Plenty of seating indoors with a helpful hand washing area so you can clean your hands easily after dining.
