Worst service! We ordered a Salted Grouper with cold rice noodles and lettuce leefs to wrap in the fish. After 35min another fish, according to their pictures a "Queen Fish"(tastes like kind of a small Tuna/mackarel) was served without comment. We explained but they told us the cooked already and we should please eat it, because the one ordered is not available, not even the noodles. Non-availability and mistakes can happen, but they could tell, explain or at least provide a solution. Nothing but a smile and a mediocre tasting fish was provided. I don't know, maybe they thought we are stupid not realizing It's the wrong dish, even though it's very obvious: shape, size and color of the fish is completely different, side dish was not on the table!! Tom yum soup was best we had in Thailand. It was really spicy, packed full of aromatics, and didn't scrimp on the shrimp. Came back two more times on the holiday as we tried a few other places, and they were all western tourist traps full of our people. Had deep fried fish, which was thai spicy (some people would probably run away as I was sweating hard and I love hot food). They have passable wine and great fresh fish, but not many appetisers. อาหารที่ทานสด แต่บริการควรปรับปรุงโดยด่วนที่สุด ชื่อร้านเปิดหัวมาด้วยซาซึมิปลาไทยเกาะเต่า เหตุการณ์เราได้ติดต่อจองโต๊ะที่ร้านไป พอไปถึงร้านเนื่องด้วยสมาชิกยังมาไม่ครบ เลยรอให้ครบเลยไม่ได้สั่งอาหารแต่แรก พอสมาชิกมาครบ เราเลยเตรียมตัวสั่งอาหาร ( ผู้ใช้บริการไม่มีความรู้เรื่องปลาไทย ) ในขณะที่กำลังจะสั่งอาหารได้ถามข้อมูลเบื่องต้นกับสตราฟที่รับออเดอร์ เช่น มีปลาอะไรบ้าง ตัวนี้คือปลาอะไร รสชาติประมาณไหน สตาร์ฟที่รับออร์เดอร์ บอกมีตามในตู้ และไม่สามารถให้ข้อมูลอะไรได้เลย แม้กระทั้งชื่อปลา สตาฟเลยไปตามเชฟอาจจะเป็นเจ้าของร้านที่อยู่ในครัวออกมา เรากลับมานั่งรอที่โต๊ะ พอเชฟออกมา เราก็ถามว่าในเมนูเนี่ย ที่มันมีรูปปลาอยู่มันคือปลาอะไรบ้าง และขนาดไซค์ที่เสิร์ฟมาในไซส์ S , M , L , XL ไซค์เนี่ย XL เราสามารถใช้ปลาหลายชนิดรวมกันได้ไหม เชฟบอกในเมนูไม่มีมีแต่ในตู้โชว์ ขายยกตัว ตัวละ 1,000 บาท ( ซึ่งในเมนูไม่มีราคาตามตัว ) เราก็ถามว่าในตู้โชว์เนี่ยมันมีปลาอะไรบ้างช่วยแนะนำหน่อย เชฟก็ตอบมาว่าผมบอกไปก็ไม่รู้จักหรอก แล้วเชฟก็พาไปเลือกที่หน้าตู้โดยเชฟน่าจะมีอาการหงุดหงิดไม่พอใจพวกเรา ที่พวกเราอยากรู้เรื่องปลาที่เชฟจะขายให้พวกเราทาน พวกเราเลยจำใจจิ้มเลือกปลามา 1 ตัว แบบที่เราไม่รู้เลยว่ามันคือปลาอะไรมีพิษหรือไม่ เพราะเสียความรู้สึก สถานการณ์ตอนนั้นเชฟน่าจะโมโห ที่เราถามเรื่องปลาที่เค้าจะขายให้เรากินมากๆ จากจะทานที่ร้านต้องกลายเป็นห่อกลับโรงแรม ทั้งทั้งที่เราอยากจะชิมหลายๆชนิดเพื่อเพิ่มประสาบการณ์การกิน กลายเป็นการกินมั่วๆสุ่มๆ ทิ้งท้ายตอนเชฟห่อของเสร็จ ก่อนพวกเรากลับเชฟบอกว่าที่ร้านเสียโอกาสรับลูกค้าพวกน้องมากัน 12 คน แต่ว่าไม่นั่งกินที่ร้านเป็นห่อกลับ พวกเราได้แต่ขอโทษที่เราสั่งปลาอะไรก็ไม่รู้ได้แค่ 1 ตัว...
