Nab Daw (means counting stars in Thai language) is a delicious and affordable restaurant that deserves a shout out! A run-of-the-mill Thai eatery - cheap and good. I truly feel sorry for farangs posting "incredible Tom Yum" or "the bestest Pad Thai in the whole history of humankind". There's nothing wrong with the place, but all the raving reviews - c'mon. Amazing spot! The staff is super friendly and the food is just incredible. It might not look like the typical “mainstream” place you’d walk into at first glance, but trust me – it’s so worth it. I had the best mango sticky rice in all of Thailand here (and I’ve tried quite a few 😅) plus a really delicious Pad Thai. Prices are great too.
