I recently had the pleasure of dining at a restaurant that seamlessly blended progressive French cuisine with international flavors. The result was a tantalizing experience for my taste buds. The food was incredibly fresh, and each dish was cooked to perfection. It was evident that the chefs paid meticulous attention to detail, creating a fusion of flavors that both surprised and delighted me.

The menu offered a diverse range of options, making it difficult to choose just one favorite. Every plate that arrived at my table felt like a highlight reel for what a good restaurant should offer. From the innovative appetizers to the delectable main courses and the mouthwatering desserts, every bite was an adventure. The chefs' mastery of their craft truly shone through in the flavors and presentation of each dish.

One aspect that added to the overall experience was the open kitchen concept. Being able to observe the culinary magic unfold before my eyes was captivating. It created an engaging and interactive atmosphere, allowing me to appreciate the skill and passion of the chefs. However, like most things, the open kitchen had its flaws. The noise and occasional strong aromas emanating from the kitchen could be distracting and overpowering at times.

Despite this, one major drawback I encountered was the close arrangement of the tables. I found myself uncomfortably close to the neighboring diners, which impeded my privacy and made it challenging to engage in private conversations. It would have been more enjoyable if the tables were spaced farther apart, providing a more intimate dining experience.

In conclusion, IODE combined international influences resulted in an exceptional culinary adventure. The freshness of the ingredients and the flawless execution of each dish left a lasting impression on my taste buds. The open kitchen concept, while captivating, had its downsides, including noise and strong aromas. Furthermore, the close arrangement of the tables took away from the overall dining experience.

From the non-seafood eater, I'm quite excited to try seafood after hearing from my friends and colleague saying that IODE having the best sashimi. So after I tried that plate, it actually impress me, it is no more the fishy smell and the texture is so bouncey along with the spice on top which is compatible with the sashimi, this one is so good and make me wanna explore more about this place, IODE.

I have tied various menu, and the things that make me curious everytimes is the sauce, it's taste so familiar but new in the same time, kinda weird but also go well together with the main.

One thing, i dont like is the pasta, for me it is too heavy especially for the pasta noodle, it is over cook but the sauce is nice.

Pomme Anna is great. Lamb confit is having intense smell but going well with others smelly sidedish. Cheese ball is perfect with people who love carb serving in cute dimsum basket. Broccolini is super crisp and savory another must-try menu.

The unexpected sidedish which almost be THE BEST THING EVER IN IODE is French Fried, it's incredibly soft inside and so so crispy outside which come with T-bone plate, I really want the entire of it for myself but on that day we are sharing with others friends. And quite amaze with octopus dish, i feel the indian spice with the contemporary appearance.

End with deserts, we order the two signature dishes. The chocolate mousse and something crape with mochi style, the first one have smooth harmony with vanilla bean ice-cream and another have an excited presentation.

那個扭紋薯蓉薯條、外型極度粗壯、亦是打卡出色的一道菜、可惜反式脂肪相信是正常薯條的10倍,10分油膩,咬下去的時候,油脂與薯蓉交叉替代的感覺,絕對不能只用邪惡來描述、直程吃完必須要到聖堂告解😂

另外一道蟶子用上蒜蓉番茜橄欖油,漆味粉等材料調味、穩陣之作、可惜。最重要的是聖子本身質量不好,而且蒸過時間導致肉質10分韌。

火腿平平無奇可以不叫

人氣的海膽紅蝦意粉、先不說他是不是紅蝦、個人認為絕對不是、蝦肉食到霉味、不新鮮、海膽質素不好不能幫忙提高該道菜的鮮甜味道👎🏻

最後一道是我最期待而網紅沒有介紹的威靈頓乳鴿令我大失所望,酥皮做得差、放了大量低質的黑松露醬完全掩蓋不了乳鴿肉質霉霉爛爛及鵝肝的腥味

Everyone goes to the Internet celebrity restaurant, don't I follow the trend? In order to avoid you stepping on thunder, I arrived in Bangkok on the first night and reported directly to you whether Iode is as high-level as the Internet celebrities recommend.

The most recommended octopus sashimi is actually the same as the fish sashimi in Hong Kong-style hot pot restaurants. A little shichimi powder and citric acid juice are added on top to wake you up. It is a smart way to make a check-in. The meat is plump and delicious. It is a good starter. Just when you are eagerly looking forward to other dishes, the nightmare comes.

The twisted potato fries are extremely thick and are also an excellent dish for checking in. Unfortunately, the trans fat is believed to be 10 times that of normal fries. It is 10 points greasy. When you bite it, the feeling of fat and potato fries alternately cannot be described only as evil. You must go to the church to confess until you finish eating it😂

Another razor clam is seasoned with garlic, parsley, olive oil, lacquer powder and other materials. It is a steady dish, but it's a pity. The most important thing is that the quality of the sirloin itself is not good, and the meat is very tough due to being steamed for too long.

The ham is mediocre and can be ignored

หอยตลับอีกตัวปรุงรสด้วยกระเทียม ผักชีฝรั่ง น้ำมันมะกอก ผงแล็กเกอร์ และส่วนผสมอื่นๆ เป็นเมนูที่กินได้เรื่อยๆ แต่เสียดายที่คุณภาพไม่ดี เนื้อสันนอกเหนียวมากเพราะนึ่งนานเกินไป

แฮมธรรมดาๆ ไม่ต้องพูดถึง

พาสต้าเม่นทะเลและกุ้งแดงยอดนิยม ไม่ต้องพูดถึงว่าเป็นกุ้งแดงก็ได้ ส่วนตัวคิดว่าไม่แน่นอน เนื้อกุ้งขึ้นราไม่สด เม่นทะเลคุณภาพต่ำทำให้รสหวานของเมนูนี้ไม่อร่อยเลย👎🏻

เมนูสุดท้ายคือนกพิราบเวลลิงตันที่ฉันตั้งตารอมากที่สุดแต่คนดังในอินเทอร์เน็ตไม่ได้แนะนำ ทำให้ฉันผิดหวังมาก แป้งพัฟทำมาไม่ดี และซอสทรัฟเฟิลดำคุณภาพต่ำจำนวนมากไม่สามารถกลบกลิ่นเนื้อนกพิราบที่ขึ้นราและเน่าเสียและกลิ่นคาวของฟัวกราส์ได้หมด

The result was a tantalizing experience for my taste buds. The food was incredibly fresh, and each dish was cooked to perfection. It was evident that the chefs paid meticulous attention to detail, creating a fusion of flavors that both surprised and delighted me. The menu offered a diverse range of options, making it difficult to choose just one favorite. Every plate that arrived at my table felt like a highlight reel for what a good restaurant should offer. From the innovative appetizers to the delectable main courses and the mouthwatering desserts, every bite was an adventure. The chefs' mastery of their craft truly shone through in the flavors and presentation of each dish. One aspect that added to the overall experience was the open kitchen concept. It would have been more enjoyable if the tables were spaced farther apart, providing a more intimate dining experience. From the non-seafood eater, I'm quite excited to try seafood after hearing from my friends and colleague saying that IODE having the best sashimi. So after I tried that plate, it actually impress me, it is no more the fishy smell and the texture is so bouncey along with the spice on top which is compatible with the sashimi, this one is so good and make me wanna explore more about this place, IODE. I have tied various menu, and the things that make me curious everytimes is the sauce, it's taste so familiar but new in the same time, kinda weird but also go well together with the main. One thing, i dont like is the pasta, for me it is too heavy especially for the pasta noodle, it is over cook but the sauce is nice. Pomme Anna is great. Lamb confit is having intense smell but going well with others smelly sidedish. Cheese ball is perfect with people who love carb serving in cute dimsum basket. Broccolini is super crisp and savory another must-try menu. The unexpected sidedish which almost be THE BEST THING EVER IN IODE is French Fried, it's incredibly soft inside and so so crispy outside which come with T-bone plate, I really want the entire of it for myself but on that day we are sharing with others friends. And quite amaze with octopus dish, i feel the indian spice with the contemporary appearance. End with deserts, we order the two signature dishes. The chocolate mousse and something crape with mochi style, the first one have smooth harmony with vanilla bean ice-cream and another have an excited presentation. The crews of IODE are very nice, even on the busy day like today that i went, and always help us for best facility. Even smile for my camera.
