I have had the immense pleasure of dining at this remarkable restaurant, and I can confidently say that it's an absolute gem. From the moment you step through the door, you are greeted with a warmth and hospitality that are truly exceptional.

One of the standout features of this restaurant is its owner, Andrea, who consistently embodies the perfect blend of cordiality and health-consciousness. Andrea's welcoming smile and genuine interest in your dining experience create an atmosphere that makes you feel like you're dining with friends. His commitment to ensuring that guests have a healthy and enjoyable meal is both admirable and appreciated.

The staff at this establishment are equally impressive. Their attentiveness and warm welcome set the tone for a delightful dining experience. From the moment you are seated, it's clear that your comfort and satisfaction are their top priorities. The level of service is exceptional and adds a layer of enjoyment to every visit.

Now, let's talk about the food—oh, what a culinary delight! The Petroniana and nduja pizza are personal favorites of mine, and they never disappoint. The flavors are rich, the ingredients are top-notch, and each bite is a savory journey that leaves you craving more. And for my son, the tortellini in brodo is a beloved choice. It's heartwarming to see a restaurant that excels in both adult and kid-friendly dishes.

Behind the scenes, the chef deserves all the accolades for their superb skills. The dishes are not just beautifully presented, but they also showcase a deep understanding of flavor combinations and culinary artistry. Each plate is a masterpiece, and it's clear that the chef takes immense pride in their craft.

What makes this restaurant even more extraordinary is their commitment to giving back to the community. Their support for ONLUS Take Care Kids is truly commendable. It's heartwarming to know that your dining experience contributes to a meaningful cause, and it speaks volumes about the values of this establishment.

And to top off a fantastic meal, the tradition of enjoying a game of calcetto at the end of dinner is a delightful touch that adds a unique and enjoyable element to the experience. It's a wonderful way to bring people together and create lasting memories.

In summary, this restaurant is a shining star in the culinary world. Andrea's warm and health-conscious approach, the attentive and welcoming staff, the consistently excellent food, and the chef's culinary expertise make it a dining destination that stands out. Plus, their dedication to charity work with ONLUS Take Care Kids demonstrates a commitment to making a positive impact on the community. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, this restaurant is sure to leave you with a heart full of appreciation and a belly full of...

The most serious Italian food I ever had in Thailand. Having an Italian owner, it does reflects in food. Everything we order was so delicious, I’m very impressed.

The meal started off with bread, looks ordinary but it’s so addictive when eaten with olive oil, salt, pepper and little bit of balsamic. Staff were happy to refill us another bread basket which made me smile.

For appetizers, I immediately order seafood fritto misto without hesitation. It has fried prawns, calamari and few pieces of fish. Fried prawns tasted phenomenal, it was so crispy that the head and tail were easily edible. Fried calamari also as perfect (it’s not easy to find a good one in Thailand. Some can be under seasoned, thick batter or not fresh) but this place nailed it.

My family also got salad and trio bruschetta which were pretty nice but fritto misto clearly way better.

Entrees we ordered bunch of dishes like seabass with zucchini and tomato confit, so delicious. Fish is soft in the middle and crispy around the edges.

Then we got an unusual pizza that has diced potatoes, smoked cheese and pancetta. But it was tasty, soft pizza dough and crispy light crust.

Pasta tagliolini gamberi was very interesting. The sauce looks like rich tomato sauce but it has strong concentrated shrimp’s flavor infused as well. Not my favorite dish but still very good. I also added some chili oil which enhanced the flavor of this pasta a lot. (It’s odd to see chili oil condiment in Italian restaurant but personally, I absolutely love it 😂)

We ended our meal with tiramisu which we thought it should be magnificent and we were not wrong! It has strong cocoa coffee flavor and mild level of sweetness. As a person who doesn’t drink coffee at all, I absolutely enjoyed this tiramisu.

Total bill cost about 2800 baht which was like $90. Seriously delicious Italian food, I think the price is more than worth it. Looking forward to come back again and try...

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Via Emilia, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that our needs were met throughout the evening.

The highlight, of course, was the food. Every dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavors and beautifully presented. The wood-fired pizza had a crispy crust and was topped with the finest ingredients, making every bite delightful. The pasta was homemade, and you could truly taste the difference; it was rich and flavorful. My seafood was outstanding too. The chef clearly takes pride in using high-quality ingredients.

For dessert, we indulged in the Tiramisu, which was light, creamy, and perfectly balanced with coffee. It was the perfect ending to a fantastic meal.

Via Emilia is on of the few places you can get a good, rich in flavor cocktail in Bangkok.

Overall, dining at Via Emilia was an unforgettable experience, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience! A special thank you to the wonderful staff and owners for making our evening so memorable. Wishing you continued success and many more...

Disappointing and overrated Italian restaurant for several reasons: 1) Poor execution: We ordered the lamb cooked medium, but it arrived medium rare. Both the lamb dish and the mixed seafood with tomato sauce were excessively salty. Additionally, the vongole was very dry and lacked freshness. A good Italian restaurant also serves a good bread basket and it was just not it - very dry. 2) Terrible service: As noted by other reviewers, the staff seem inadequately trained or poorly selected. I informed the waitress twice about my dairy intolerance, yet I was still served an amuse-bouche containing butter. When I questioned it, the waitress responded defensively, insisting there was no butter, only for someone from the kitchen to confirm its presence after I had already eaten it. Furthermore, we requested the bread be served separately to avoid sogginess, but this simple request was ignored. Lack of attention to basic customer needs and comes off as inconsiderate and rude. Given these issues, we’re puzzled by the restaurant’s popularity, especially when there are many superior Italian options in Bangkok without extensive waits.
