The staff here seem to be poorly trained or are totally ignorant. The young man wearing glasses and the middle-aged lady were totally unaware of the point-redeeming promotion via PTT Blue Card Application at the time. I confirmed the redemption on my app, which costs points, in order to get a discount. They claimed that the code didn't show even though I followed the process in front of their faces. They were then handed my phone and redeemed my points FOR THE SECOND TIME and therefore lost points twice just for one actual discount. They handled the application poorly as well. It's as if they knew nothing. It wasn't a pleasurable experience at all. However, the owner offers a swift response to the issue which I have already contacted HQ. I'm positive improvements...

พนักงานบริการค่อนข้างแย่ค่ะ คิวเยอะมากเข้าใจแต่แก้ปัญหาโดยการให้สั่งโดยไม่มีบิลพอเข้าใจได้แต่เราโดนเรียกไปสั่งก็สั่งชาเขียวปั่นหวาน50% พอสั่งเสร็จก็ไม่ให้บิลไม่ได้จ่ายเงินเพราะเครื่องรับลูกค้าเข้ามาเรื่อยๆค่ะ มีบิลของใครก็ไม่รู้เบอร์69เขาถามเราว่าใช่ของน้องมั้ยคะเราตอบไม่ใช่ค่ะหนูยังไม่ได้บิลแล้วก็ยังไม่ได้คิดเงินค่ะ พอไปสักพักพนักงานที่เราสั่งด้วยก็พูดว่า น้องมาจ่ายเงินได้เลยค่ะของน้องได้ตั้งนานแล้วนะคะ ปล.พูดแบบไม่เต็มใจพูด+เหวี่ยงใส่เรา ตอนนั้นเราก็เริ่มงงๆค่ะ ประมาณ5-10mเราก็ได้ของค่ะ เราสั่งหวาน50%แต่กลับได้หวาน100% ปกติมากินก็ไม่เคยโดนเหวี่ยงใส่ขนาดนี้ค่ะ เข้าใจว่าลูกค้าเยอะแล้วไม่ได้บริการแค่เราคนเดียวแต่อยากให้ปรับเรื่องการพูดนิดนึงนะคะ เราไม่ได้อยากอะไรมากแต่ว่าเราไม่โอเคจริงๆค่ะ การที่มาพูดว่าของร้องได้ตั้งนานแล้วนะคะแต่ไม่ยอมเรียกเราไป เราก็ไม่ได้เดินไปค่ะเพราะเห็นลูกค้าอีกหลายๆคนสั่งที่เครื่องอยู่ พอได้เขาก็พูดว่า ชาเขียวปั่นค่ะ ปล.พูดแบบเหวี่ยงๆใส่เราอีกแล้วㅠㅠ เราสั่งวันที่ 2025/apr/30 เวลาประมาณ09:17มั้งคะไม่แน่ใจ หวังว่าจะปรับปรุงนะคะ...

Oh I have tried few coffee places in BKK, got frappe/ ice drinks like mocha, expresso etc. So far Cafe Amazon had the best ice mocha ever. It's smooth and having requested the 15% sugar only, it gives me the pumpz for the day!
