During my visit, I ordered two X-Long Chicken Cheese burgers and bottled water. The total cost for my meal was THB 578, with each burger priced at THB 289. The X-Long Chicken (also known as Chicken Royal) was particularly delicious and satisfying.

However, a word of advice for future diners: the extra chicken might not be available in the last two hours before closing as it tends to finish early. Therefore, I recommend going a bit earlier if you have a specific craving for the X-Long Chicken.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Burger King branch. I ordered two burgers through the self-ordering kiosk: one beef burger (289 THB) and one chicken burger (179 THB). When I received my order, they only gave me the chicken burger. Later, the staff told me that they do not have beef burgers, only pork – this was never mentioned when I placed the order.

What made it worse is that I had already paid 110 THB extra for the beef burger, but instead of refunding the difference, they just gave me two chicken burgers and said “sorry, it’s not our fault.” This is misleading and completely unprofessional.

At first, I was a bit annoyed because a pair of Arabs in front took so long to decide what to order and there was only one staff at the counter. Then I was more annoyed when the staff told me the order would take at least about 10 minutes. My order came and I was upset that the milkshake came with soda straw, not a bigger one as usual. But the Angus XT was great and French fries were freshly made, so I enjoyed a great meal.
