Read moreI recently visited The White Flower Bakery & Restaurant on Bamrung Muang Road, and it was a charming experience. The modern, cozy ambiance makes it a great spot for a relaxed meal or coffee break. Their menu is a delightful mix of authentic Thai dishes like PadSiew(fried noodles with soya sauce),Tom Yum Koong and Pad Thai, Western options, and an impressive dessert lineup. The Thai Tea Crepe Cake was a highlight—light, creamy, and perfectly balanced with its rich Thai tea sauce. I also tried their coconut cake, which was fresh and flavorful.
The coffee here is a pleasant surprise. It was smooth, well-balanced, and made with selected local beans —perfect for pairing with their sweet treats. The food was really good quality. Nice fresh ingedients cooked well. I particularly enjoyed the fish and chips.
The service is not great. Although the staff were working really hard there are just not enough of them to cope with the lunchtime rush. I have also found this issue on previous occasions.
It was difficult to get our table cleared before coffee and deserts. One would expect a little better given the above average prices. Maybe worth hiring some part-time staff for peak periods?
Overall a very nice place. No parking outside but possible in the...
