English Review: This spot has been around for a while now. super old school but never really had the chance to try. Heard many things about it so ofcourse i had to try their famous Chicken Gravy either with rice or with egg noodles! (They also sell other menus like stirfrys and wonton soup but i had to try their classic!).

—🍛Chicken Gravy: Their chicken gravy isn’t the type that is super clear and runny like some spots. Their gravy is on the thicker side (but not too dense). They balanced the savory flavors well. Not too salty not too sweet. Made quite well. I like that its balanced between salty and sweet so when you mix it with the chilli peppers, it becomes a bit spicy in some bites so satisfying. The chicken itself isn’t dry too. Good firmness and juiciness. They give quite alot, definitely an amount for the 50 baht price they charge. —🍜/🍚 Noodles or rice?: For me, the whiterice itself (in 5th photo) is on the dry side. The rice is very grain-separated and a bit dry. its fine because the gravy is wet, but for me i much much prefer their egg noodles. made well and not too eggy. If not i recommend getting the chicken gravy (on its own) and putting it over your own rice at home! Good Value ✅...

The restaurant has been well know for its chicken gravy on rice (or noodles) for generations. Its bite-size chicken meat is tender and the gravy is neither too bald nor salty. The non-spicy green chilli accompanying the gravy improves the texture you feel when chewing and that makes this dish perfect. This restaurant has been established for decades and still existed because of its consistent taste standard. The foods here is sort of my comfort food and real fast food type - either one plate to dine or as grab & go. The chicken sauce (Nha Kai) is the best for me; no other restaurants could beat this. Love the smoke aroma which is unique. The chicken sauce can be topped over rice or noodles. Honestly...
