Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel was nicely renovated, and all the staff I encountered were excellent and tried their best to provide the best possible service.Location was okay, it was a decently walkable distance from most things, but since it was in a relatively industrial area, it was pretty quiet.They had a free tuktuk service to a number of key locations, but online it was not mentioned that this service is only applicable to trips leaving the hotel, not for coming back. So if you wanted to return, you had to arrange your own transportation, like hailing your own tuktuk or getting a grab.There was also a social hour at their club on the 4th floor, but the times I went it was completely empty, so I wasn't able to meet any other guests or enjoy most of the games.The cleanliness and detail to attention that the housekeeping staff had was lacking. During my two night stay, I was literally missing hand soap and the staff didn't notice on the houskeeping occasions. Also, perhaps it was the tiling of the floor, but it didn't necessarily feel clean. I know the housekeeping staff work hard to make sure that the room is tidy in a limited time frame, but it seemed like they were forgetful with the basic tasks.The room itself was fine, but the walls and main door were very thin. In the late hours of the night I could hear other guests, talking and banging on doors, and in the morning I could hear chattering and the closing of doors.
