Disgusting quality and horrible staff. You've been warned!!! I thought this was a high-end mall in phuket, but I thought wrong because I went to a dinner...in hell at Sukishi Central Phuket. We thought the menu looked pretty good so we walked in and ordered AYCE silver. We sat down, started eating...everything was fine..until...I saw something MOVING at the corner of my eye. I turned around asap, and I saw none other than a giant, breathing, COCKROACH on the wall. I immediately stood up and walked away from the table and I threw up a little on the inside of my head. If there was a cockroach that we can see, I don't want to imagine what the kitchen must look like. I alerted a worker and he used his bare hand to slam the cockroach. It fell into my seat and started rolling around. I barely ate anything and they did not clean up the table at any time. The drinks tasted...sus to say the least. The food quality is average, the prices are atrocious, and the staff are careless. The hygiene...UNSANITARY CONDITIONS. This restaurant needs to be shut down!! I can't believe this restaurant was given a SHA+ rating. After all of that, when the bill came, they wanted to charge an extra 100 baht for each dish we didn't finish. Of course, we didn't pay that. Then the real scam: 10% service fee for nothing, and the rude manager tried to fine us 499 THB each for 3 tiny leftover pieces. This “rule” was never told to us, and even the waiter admitted they forgot to explain it—yet the manager was still arrogant and unreasonable. They even blocked us until police came. Read moreWhile I appreciate that the restaurant seems to care about feedback and even takes photos of customer comments, I don’t agree with the way it’s handled. Asking for feedback immediately at the table before we’ve had time to fully process the experience feels forced and uncomfortable, especially when we may not be satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, the service during our visit was quite poor. The staff were inattentive, and we were served meat that was still partially frozen which is unacceptable at any level.
