We ordered a mix of sashimi and rice dishes for dinner.
The rice dishes arrived within 20 minutes, which was fine. However, we waited 40 minutes for our sashimi dishes, and only after requesting to cancel the remaining dishes did they bring out the first dish immediately. After another 20 minutes of waiting, we decided to cancel the remaining sashimi dish. It was only then that we discovered the order for the second dish had never been put through in the first place.
To make matters worse, the receipt still included the cost of the canceled dish, which we had to dispute.
The food itself wasn’t bad at all, but the service was terrible. The only positive experience was the lady who helped us cancel the order—she was fantastic and very professional. I wish the rest of the service team could have been like her.
This was a terrible overall experience. I’ve never given a 1-star review before, but this restaurant was appalling. The 2.8-star rating is very much deserved. They seriously need to improve their service...

We visited the place in order to eat “delicious” japenese Sushi.
Very slow service: unfortunately, the service was very bad, and very slow, we ordered 4 dishes it took each dish 15 - 20 minutes to be served, and Although we ordered everything together, first dosh came in 20 minutes and the second on the 40th minute and them the third on the 55th minute and the last once came after 20 minutes and the I asked for the check which came in 3 minutes.
Very poor communication: No information were provided about the dishes, and we made is clear that we wanted the crab salad without jalapeños and no spicy, no comments and actions were taken, and when we told the waitress about it, she suggested to remove the jalapeños and continue eating the salad. And the salad was very dry and the smallest portion i have ever seen!

Read moreAs the review below mentioned, the staff members are awful, and some of them are rude. The cashier girl in the front is one of the crankiest you can find in town. Not sure what is wrong with her, but clearly she is not in the mood of serving. Furthermore, “free item” is not free. So watch out about any of their “promotions”. They charge you 10% service charge for any “free item” that has been advertised as free. Very scammy place. I would suggest to go to other restaurants in the mall instead of this one, as you may find it unpleasant to deal with the cranky cashier when you check out and be overcharged for a “free” item that you thought to be free by looking at their promotion...
