Arabica in Bangkok has definitely an elevated experience and atmosphere, and this outlet definitely raised the standards skywards (quite literally). The whole experience is a work of art.
The outlet is situated on the 55th floor of Tower 1 of Empire State Building. They have a dedicated lobby with elevators that heads directly to that level.
