Worst staff , worst food and no hospitality.

We went there to celebrate birthday which was a nightmare come true .

I told them to play birthday song only for few second just for the cake cutting they denied , even the good brands like bar stock exchange , hitchki they do it for you infact they do extra from their sides too. Which is a good gesture . Here nobody even wished even after knowing but wanted to take the cake so that they can get a bite of it . I denied and said I will pack it on my own.

Come on it's the special day for someone and they have chosen your place for a purpose . But you completely denied their req .

Again I told them to sing bday song along as we were only 2 people , nobody sang a thing . It was a sad , lonely and dead feeling .

The staffs were not even listening to you and had their own bad attitude . They were in their own world using their phone .

The staff infact started blaming me saying you were in hurry to cut the cake . Well it's my wish when to cut not his .

This birthday made us upset and the staff made us feel the worst . I have seen good places where people come and join and make ur day special . Our last bday was so beautiful the staffs were so friendly. We had fun but the place was in bandra . Don't know why I came to this poor side of city .

I feel Navi mumbai lacks that class . Here local crowds are ill-mannered. No proper service as they feel they are above the customer, but they forget it's their job to provide .Service sector is all about this .

The so called manager karan tried bribing us saying he can provide us with private corner next time, as I started crying . He wanted to make things happy when alrdy the day was spoiled . I said I don't want anything, all I wanted was a good evening and good behaviour. You can't feed me for free or give me private corner to compensate, that's not where my morality lies .

While I was crying the manager said I am embarassing my friend by crying like that . Wow he wanted me to stop crying as people were seeing just to keep his bar image good . He was embarassed not my friend. How can he even say that .

He was not concerned about why this person is so hurt but wanted to wind up fast.

They charged us with service tax with poor service or say no service at all . I denied paying that .

Worst sushi of my life , the size was very small and the taste made me puke , the bar tender didn't ask me before opening the bottle of wine . The bottle seemed to be opened alrdy because the quantity of wine was less . They paid no attention to the feedback.

They are scammers in short . Be aware of such place . No vibe at all with cheap crowd around . Pls always check ur bill with the rates and items I have heard they scam u there also by adding extra items or increasing the food price .

One wine bottle (Sula) and one sushi costed us 3.7k . Money wasted stomach was empty we then had to order food at home as it was alrdy very late .

The worst outing experience till date .

I would recommend not to visit this place . They will make you cry on your special day .

Visited Tipsy Bro – Rooftop Lounge Bar & Luxury Dining on 20th July 2025 for a dinner outing. The restaurant is located on the 5th floor of Palm Beach Galleria Mall, Sector 19D, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. It’s a well-known rooftop spot that combines good food with live music and a vibrant ambience.

I had pre-booked via the District app, which offered a 30% discount on the total bill — a great deal. I ordered jalapeño cheese balls, Hakka noodles, and a veg platter. The original bill was around ₹1600–₹2000, but with the offer, I paid only about ₹1200.

The place is spacious and well-laid-out, with enough seating even during peak hours. There was live music playing, which really enhanced the atmosphere and made the evening feel special.

However, the service was a setback. The staff took a long time to deliver the food, and even though I had clearly mentioned that the noodles should be served after the starters and platter, they brought the noodles almost immediately. To try and keep them warm, they covered it with another bowl, but it still ended up getting cold by the time we got to it. That definitely affected the experience and was disappointing, especially on a date night.

As for parking, there’s no direct street parking, but the mall has a shared parking area, which may get crowded during weekends or evenings.

Overall, the vibe and ambience of Tipsy Bro are great — it’s a nice place to visit with friends, for birthday parties, or in larger groups (7–10 people easily). But I hope they improve their coordination and serving timing, because with better service, this place could easily be a top...

Manager Sandesh was very rude don't even know how to speak, pathetic behaviour.. I ordered in happy hours and they have a rule to clear the bill immediately once ordered.. i was OK to pay and paid my bill too.. just requested a waiver on service charges on a final bill...As we regularly do a corporate events and my monthly billing is around 2 lacs... This guy Sandesh denied which is also ok.. but, at the same time he said "Aapko problem hai to you can leave the premises as you wish.." I mean what??? this is the way they treat your guest?? we have 1000 places in Navi Mumbai and i personally share a good rapport with their owners and Managers... Coz they don't treat us the way Mr Sandesh treats their clients.. honestly MR Sandesh the Manager is "0" when it comes to Customer service and Public Relations.. SANDESH IS DEFINITELY NOT A MANAGER MATERIAL.. i think Management or Owners should take a call to change the Manager and ensure best in class Customer service.. this will help you to build good relations with your guests and you will get good references, promotors and revenue too.. we have so many places around Vashi.. why people will come to you?? Hence to avoid this embarrassing situation I will never recommend this place to anyone.. A BIG NO...
