A very bad experience at this disastrous coffee-restaurant ! An employee and the place manager were fighting and shouting bad words in front of all the guests !!! The employee punched some glass bottles and the situation was so shocking in such a place ! They were telling each other come outside i will … and other employees were calming the them but they didnt respect us and they were about to box each other.

Air conditioners were dropping water on our heads and our food !

Breakfast is so bad, not varied and so basic We booked a table for 7 by phone but they only reserved 6 chairs for us !

The manager was rude and has a very bad manner !

Thuis is a cool and vibrant place to hang out. Lots of young and classy folks. Nice interior design, clean and very cosy. Maybe a bit too much or to harsh lights. Also the air conditioning is really not sufficient. I must say the staff are fantastic. Very polite, helpful and smiling. The food look better than it tastes. A big disappointment. While I ordered filet mignon à point, I got grilled one minute steaks bien cuit. If you claim to deliver French cuisine than do it. French fries were cold, cooked vegetables too mushy and unseasoned as was the meat. The rice was nice though. My wife had daurade which was as well not well seasoned and no lemon on the plate. I had an awful experience at this café. The service was a disaster. Waiting 15-20 minutes just for a coffee is unacceptable. The food we ordered was either incorrect or never arrived at all. The staff had a poor understanding of what we wanted, and despite being in a tourist area like Sousse, we had to use Google Translate to communicate in Arabic. The manager was arrogant and made inappropriate advances towards women.
