KFC — Restaurant in Tunis

This fast food place is for selling junk food, but it is super packed with people who have money and have zero knowledge about fried chicken. I have never seen a KFC full of well dressed people and women straight out of the beauty shop. Now, let’s talk about the service: We ordered our junk food to go and we asked the rude creature behind the register to give us half spicy and half regular, the answer was no. Right! There is no difference between the spicy and regular fried chicken price wise, so I guess those people are too lazy to do as they are told. They still don’t know that customers come first. It takes zillion minutes to get your order plus the number on your receipt has no significance when it come to ordering customers orders; for example, number 342 was served before us(#315) and when I asked for an explanation, I was given a lame excuse. We ordered a Tunisian pop(Boga) but when the order was ready, we were offered a Coca Cola. It doesn’t get any stupider than this. We stuck with the Boga and after 10 minutes we were given a room temperature pop on a summer night. Whatever you order, don’t order it to go because after a ten -minute drive, the crunchiness becomes gooeyness and the anorexic bun become hard bread and of course the tiny amount of fries becomes like over cooked pasta. And last but not least, those guys are eco-friendly. They stuff your order with everything else in one plastic bag so the room temperature Boga became warm piss and to add salt to our pain, the fried chicken were spicy not regular as we ordered them.

Don’t waste your money on such an extortion, half a fried chicken...

Hey i want contact u about kfc in tunis . The are horrible test it's different from European kfc the food look different and when ppl write on page kfc tunisia that they does bad they in mine situation was deleted my opinion then i was write again ... In page of kfc tunsia u can find many true opinions food no test no look same ppl work they are not nice ... Me with husband order to drink 2x boga + zinger menu and strips .. In place of get what we was want we get 1x sprite 1x Coca-Cola mix with water that how it was test then ziger was with orange sos so spice that even u can't feel chicken so not nice look and strips the most wors in my life disgusting. Plz Kfc do something with this ... They destroying true test and opinion of kfc...

During my first visit and that will be the last one. Staff can not control a small crowd of customers, and they are lazy, so we waited for a long time to get our order. After that , I asked the cleaner to clean one table for us, but he prepared it after many times of asking him, and he was impolite, and when i reported him to his manager he started to find excuses for him and he didn't even say sorry. About the parking, it was inside the KFC building, and it's free, but there is one guy bothering people by asking parking fees. Really, this facility needs an urgent...
