If I can give less than a star I'll do it with no hesitation. It was one of my favorite spots with a charming view, especially during sunset. However my experience the last couple of times changed my mind about this place. We waited over 50min to get the waiter's attention who kept ignoring us each time we called him, finally we managed to get his attention to order something to drink and to eat, he gave us the menu and vanished (ghosted us for more than 30min), I stayed calm and didn't want to ruin my mood, I had to go to the counter to place my order, which they didn't take immediately, the waiter didn't even apologized when I informed him that I've been waiting for more than 1 hour to place my order. We ordered Cappuccino, berry nice, pancakes and a bottle of water, we waited more than 15 minutes to get the drinks and never had the pancakes (which I asked for several times and been informed they'll bring it soon) until we left, the surprise was, they've included the pancakes in the check 😂, such a shame to see this place being ruined by incompetent, rude and unfriendly staff, it was one of my best spots, will never go back again and never recommend...
Read moreLoved the place! I’ve been looking for an açai bowl in Tunis for a while... and finally found it here. Tiny portion but delicious, hands down. The menu has a good choice of healthy smoothies, bowls, salads etc. - including options for vegans. Perfect for a brekkie or a brunch on a sunny day, and suitable for families, groups of friends or couples. Food arrived quickly once ordered, however it was not easy to get waiters’ attention and order. The staff were very nice though. There are seating spaces inside and outside. The inside part has a simple vintage design and is overall very bright and cheerful. Outside is a beautiful rooftop terrace with incredible views on Marsa beach, Sidibou on the right, and Gammarth on the left. The background music was slow tempo and not loud. No wifi, hence a good opportunity to disconnect and enjoy the food and the place. The restaurant is on the 3rd floor of Zephyr (separate side entrance). The mall’s car park makes it hassle-free if you’re driving. I’d go back!
Note Sunday around midday was a busy time, some people had to queue and wait to get tables. The restaurant opened weeks ago but is already...
Read moreI recently visited the place, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Upon entering, I planned to use my laptop while dining, but I was informed by the staff that this was against the restaurant’s policy. While I understand the need for certain rules, the manner in which this policy was communicated and enforced was quite off-putting. The staff insisted that I could not stay if I intended to use my laptop, which I found unnecessarily strict and inflexible.
Moreover, the overall interaction with the staff was not pleasant. They were not accommodating or understanding of my situation, making me feel unwelcome. This attitude significantly impacted my dining experience.
I believe that a more customer-friendly approach and clear communication about their policies could have made a big difference. It’s important for customers to feel welcomed and respected, and unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit. I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration to improve future customer...
