Worst experience ever , inspit of the beautiful view and calm atmosphere but the stuff is very awful they used the language barrier and make foul of us, when they was serving the salads we said we didn't order this !! So he replied that this is (ikram) إكرام means gift out of generosity, we ask every dish if it will be served with rice and potato as the menu is all in turkyish they replied yes !!! And nothing came as they said More over I ordered iskander kapap and asked if the meat is veal !! They said yes and it came lamp 🤔 more over when the receipt they added 2 bottles of water and we just ordered one I kept explaining that it's only one bottle and exclude the other as if I'm not speaking , there was service added as 80 tl which I asked why it's not written!! And only when I add I found extra money and then you say its service!!!! Service must be indicated in the receipt, more over one of the stuff spoke in very bad way to my mum !!! Owful...

THEY SCAM TOURISTS, BE VERY CAREFUL!!! We entered the restaurant becouse attracted by the staff’ smile and becouse prices seemed to be cost effective. However, while we were taking the order, the weiter was trying to put everything in caos, in order to FORCE US BUYING more and more. We were shocked by that, after all he was able to speak and understand english lenguage. At that point we understood that he was trying to cheat us. At the table many dishes that we DID NOT ORDERED were placed on the table: we explained everything, but there was nothing to do. At the check We were compelled to pay even for those foods. At the end of the lunch we spoke with some other tourist who have seen the final receipt DOUBLED respect the actual price that was written in the menu. NEVER SEEN ANYTHING...

Service quality is bad. Prices given on the menu and the final price are different. Food quality is mediocre. You may order one salad/fries or paçanga they multiply this with the number of person. and unknowingly your addition cames double or triple of the normal price. For example we ordered one half fish (palamut / as it is big fish, one service is half) for my father, they brought 2 services without asking. How can one person eat all of it. They don't bring the fish with all the medzees. we have waited 1.5 hour for a grilled fish. HUGE price difference with menu. I cheched on the internet it seems they are used to do this to all clients. I am writing in English for the tourists don't get fooled by them. I used to come this place when it blongs to the previous owner. It was perfect but after now on, I will definetly not return. they are not the only restaurant at bosphorus.

Hizmet kalitesi sıfır. Menude geçen fiyatlar ile faturaları farklı, bir porsiyon istiyorsunuz iki porsiyonluk / double getiriyorlar size sormadan. Ayrı salata istedik hepsini bir kapta getirdiler. 2 ayrı patates istedik yine tek kapta geldi. Başka balık istedik, döndürdüler palamuta. Garsonlar sürekli cevap veriyorlar, işlerinden bezmişler saygısızlar. Balıklar ve mezeler vasat. Gelen kalamardan soda tadı geliyordu. 70 yaşındaki babam için palamut istedik 1.5 saatte geldi ve 2 porsiyon geldi. Adamcağız zaten beklerken ekmekle ve önden sürekli duble (dublesi bile az olduğu için duble olduğunu gelen adisyondan öğrendiğimiz) gelen ara sıcaklarla doymuştu. İnternette araştırınca gördüm ki bunu sürekli yapıyorlarmış. Turistlere yaptıklarını yerlilere de yapıyorlarmış. Boğazın dibi olması güzel ama boğazdaki tek restoran değil, bir daha mı asla.
